My family and I stayed at this beautiful Doubletree in Oak Ridge Tn and it was great! We try to stay here when we come to visit family in Knoxville. We love to stay here because of the excellent service and friendliness of Carmen at the front desk and Jennifer in housekeeping. Thanks to Carmen for her warm hospitality Loyalty to the hotel and going out of her way to make sure we have the best experience each time we stay

It’s a tradition to come stay with DoubleTree Oak Ridge each year around Christmas to visit and celebrate our Knoxville family. We love this hotel and have become good friends with a # of staff. The first to come to mind is Carmon(front desk). She goes over and beyond to make sure we are having an enjoyable stay. She always has a smile on her face and willing to help with our requests. We can’t wait to come back and visit our friends and hotel next year. Also, excited to hear/see the new renovations that is happening here -This is our home away from home and always look forward to coming back and seeing our hotel friends. Highly recommend this hotel!!

When I was here, one whole wing was under renovation. That's all well and good. The down side is that when I was in my room thr work going on was exceedingly noise. Apparently I was right next to where they were doing all the drilling and mixing. Oh well. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food in the restaurant was a bit overpriced, but good. The construction is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars overall....oh, and I forgot to mention that right at 8 p.m. the internet shuts off..no Netflix, no YouTube...nada.
