We love to stay here because of the excellent service and friendliness of Carmen at the front desk and Jennifer in housekeeping. We love this hotel and have become good friends with a # of staff. The first to come to mind is Carmon(front desk). She goes over and beyond to make sure we are having an enjoyable stay. She always has a smile on her face and willing to help with our requests. We can’t wait to come back and visit our friends and hotel next year. Also, excited to hear/see the new renovations that is happening here -This is our home away from home and always look forward to coming back and seeing our hotel friends. Highly recommend this hotel!!
- JBJames BradleyDec 17, 20254.0When I was here, one whole wing was under renovation. That's all well and good. The down side is that when I was in my room thr work going on was exceedingly noise. Apparently I was right next to where they were doing all the drilling and mixing. Oh well. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food in the restaurant was a bit overpriced, but good. The construction is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars overall....oh, and I forgot to mention that right at 8 p.m. the internet shuts off..no Netflix, no YouTube...nada.

We find the welcoming staff, spotless rooms, exceptional restaurant (you must try the breakfast buffet and dinner specials) and even the heated pool - draw us to this location every time we pass through Oak Ridge, TN.
