I called on October 17th to book a room and the women that answered was vary rude and short with me. Didn't send conformation email that I had booked with the hotel or anything. So I decided to call back and cancel my room for that night. I had my husband talk to her and she was short with him as will. My mother is a best western plus members and she was upset that it happened like that.

I’m messaging a friend to loan me the funds and when it’s all said and done the woman tells me she can’t find me in their records so I need an extra 100 deposit bc I’m local!?! So I had to drive my car that is I think losing isn’t transmission or starter to the next exit to find a place that would welcome my pets and myself. Lorraine didn’t like me for whatever reason or she was having a bad night bc she was very brass and snooty from the start. I definitely will not be returning in the future.
