    Good lean place to stop for a good night's rest. Restaurant/bar is available. Free hot breakfast. Plenty of parking if you are towing. Stephanie checked us in. She was very sweet and accommodating.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. My room was clearly not cleaned properly. There was visible dirt and signs that basic housekeeping had been skipped. I chose not to make a scene about it during my stay, but it definitely affected my comfort and overall experience. That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due. The breakfast was actually really good and had a nice variety, which I appreciated. What really pushed me to write this review was my checkout experience on Sunday morning. The blonde lady and the other woman at the front desk were too busy gossiping and playing on their cellphones while sitting on the couch and chair in the lobby to even get up and properly check me out. Instead of providing basic customer service, they just told me to leave my keys on the counter. I left feeling very disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism. When you work in hospitality, guests should never feel like they are a burden. Unfortunately, that is exactly how I felt when I left. I expected far better service and care than what I received here. Overall, I just wish the cleanliness of the room and customer service matched the quality of the other reviews I read about before stopping if I would've known this was the REAL way this hotel was I would have stayed somewhere else... If those things improve, this place could be a much better experience...

    I wish I could say my stay started off well, but unfortunately it didn’t. When I checked into my room, the first thing I noticed was how dirty the seating area was. The chair cushion was covered in multiple dark stains that looked like they had been there for a long time. It immediately made the whole room feel unclean and poorly maintained. When you’re checking into a place to rest, especially when you’re not feeling well, that’s the last thing you want to see. Check-in itself wasn’t much better. There was a red-headed lady at the front desk (I don’t remember her name) who was sitting in a chair with her feet up, shoes off, playing on her phone. She didn’t act like she wanted to get up or help me, and I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. It set a really unprofessional tone right from the start. Between the lack of cleanliness in the room and the poor customer service at check-in, I was really disappointed with this stay. I expected a lot better.

    Staff was amazing, we stayed 3 nights and they asked daily if we needed anything. 🥰 Our room was clean, it had 2 beds a mini fridge and a microwave! Hotel was full every night we stayed and we couldn’t hear anyone outside the room. Would definitely stay here again.
