Wouldn’t accept my out-of-state ID, which immediately set the tone. No drink prices posted, very limited game options, and the bartender didn't give a clear reason beyond her having kids and my ID being out-of-state. We decided to leave rather than give money to a place that won’t serve clearly legal, respectful adults. Also read the waiver before you go. It’s extremely one-sided: you waive the right to sue even for negligence, agree to pay their legal fees if you file a claim, waive a jury trial, and assume nearly all liability if they decide you’re at fault. Between the ID issue and the waiver, I wouldn’t trust this business. Plenty of better places to visit.

I paid about $165 for the VIP package for two tickets for my daughter's birthday. With that package, you get: two hours of unlimited play, with the ability to pause the card once; one free cocktail/mocktail and 20% off food from the rooftop cafe. The entrance is on 2nd Ave, but you have to go through the Draft Kings Lounge to enter, Play is only on the 3rd and 4th floor of the same building. Once you get inside, you check in at a kiosk to get your game cards, that are reloadable and useable in Vegas as well. There was a VIP roped off area, but there was no one to let you in or stop people from going around the rope. Was that where we were allowed to go? No clue, as everyone there had the same lanyards as us and no one said anything different; so I'm not really sure about what the VIP package was about besides the coupons. There are only nine games that require use of the game card: games similar to Pop Goes Perfection, Operation, and Boggle, a life sized version of Bop It Extreme, a gauntlet run, a spinning table, ring around without touching, and a human bulls eye bouncy and lights out. There are tables with other little personal games like tic-tac-toe and connect 4, a selfie room and a dance floor filled with helium balloons, and that's it. Most of the games others don't want to play with people outside their groups (not the businesses fault) so you wait, play once and get pushed off by a group signing in before you've even walked away. You have to sign a waiver before entering, but I don't think it was intended for what happened, a piece of the game fell off on my daughter's head. The perfection game is held on the board with magnets. The magnets don't always hold securely, so when my daughter placed one on the board and leaned to grab another, it fell on the back of her head; the pieces are NOT light. As she said, I guess that's why you sign a waiver. The mocktails were straight sugar, but the rooftop barkeeps were awesome! Over all a veni, vedi, abii (I came, I saw, I left) experience. Definitely would not do it again.

This place is so awesome! We got in and Mary got us hooked up with some amazing drinks. She's the sweetest and so cute. Play all the games because it is totally worth it. I can't say anything bad about this place.

Honestly an underwhelming experience. Overhyped. I guess the AC wasn’t working and not a lot of games. Selfie room had dirty hats, you could literally see the dirt ring on the hats. My group and I got bored after 30-45 minutes honestly, and the heat was just unbearable so we were over it. I think a place like this should have working AC all summer 🤷🏽‍♀️.Overpriced as well.. You’d think for that pricing, it would be more games and a running AC lol. Whatever though, wouldn’t recommend coming here.
