  Rob was awesome! The GOAT really! Staff was extremely nice. Had some issues with paid parking but they were really understanding and helped us figure it out! Rooms were clean and it smelled really good!

  My man Rob at the front door was great. Super eager to help and very knowledgeable. Folks like him will definitely make you feel welcome and want to come back.

  Very expensive for what it is. The rooms and hotel are very nice but it’s ruined by rude and unaccommodating front desk staff especially Danica the supervisor is HORRIBLE, there were some kind staff though especially Teshaun. Paying guests and we were treated like an inconvenience. Pool also gets no sun fyi, but the hotel next door Marriott pool looked amazing from the room. It has potential but no hospitality whatsoever with the exception of some few kind souls who deserve to work somewhere else.

  Yassa was great! Very helpful and polite. Him and the other gentlemen brought our luggage and loaded everything in our vehicle quickly. Yassa even held the car for for me as I got in. Wonderful service!

  I recently stayed at this location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but I will probably never stay there again due to the fact that there seems to be hidden fees that you are billed for and that seems dishonest to me. When I first arrived I noticed that the pricing on the large valet and self parking sign were not accurate. The actual pricing for self parking and valet were actually more expensive than what is advertised on both the sign outside of the hotel as well as what is advertised on their actual website. I was also charged a $22 "destination fee" on top of the price that I paid for the room. Not once was I told that I would be charged for this. The staff was very friendly and made things seem really good by explaining that there is happy hour with one free drink and a gym, etc, but not once did anyone verbally explain that there is a fee for it. Drinks are not free if you charge a fee that isn't disclosed. And gym usage (which I do not use) should have been included as an amenity included in the price of your stay. Also I ordered food at the restaurant on site which is extremely loud, so I decided to order to go. The hostess suggested that we order our "free" not so free drinks from the bar even though we were 20 minutes early for happy hour. The bartender made us wait until the very last second to order drinks. Also, the television kept going out the one night we stayed. The toilet paper kept falling off of the toilet paper holder because it was broken. Who wants to use toilet paper that has fallen and rolling all over the floor. I appreciate the fact that there is self parking in an attached garage as well as on site bar and restaurant but it would have been nice if pricing was accurate and verbally explained. If not for that then I would have given at least a 4 star rating despite the television not working or the tp coming off the wall and rolling on the floor.
