This was an easy 10/10 stay turned into a 0/10 experience. I stayed at this place Friday, April 24 through April 26. I ONLY used overnight parking ($35) for ONE NIGHT costing me $38.41 (with tax). Once I checked out that Sunday, April 26 I was charged AGAIN $76.83 however I happened to see it pending on my cc activity before it cleared so I went to the front desk and SHOWED PROOF (my activity statement of both cards) to the lighter toned lady that commonly sits at the third desk closest to the turning doors & souvenir shirts that I only parked for 1 night she said it was resolved. That I would receive my whole deposit of $100 back. Of course she’s a liar and the charge still cleared. Now I have to keep calling these ppl to be sure they do what they said they would. Please be aware and monitor your charges. If this is not resolved soon I will escalate it accordingly.

Rooms were clean. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way yo help you. The valet had to help me scan into the parking lot- he was very nice! Franklin was our host and server for breakfast. He was do friendly and very effecient. The breakfast bar was great. Close to Vanderbilt Medical Center. Free parking if your family is staying at the hospital (great perk)! I would definetly stay here again. Clise to several resturants.

We were there for a drs appt. Multiple cars got windows smashed and broken in to. I think if you have to pay to park in a lot when you have already paid for the room - there should be a little more security. Made us late for our appt- then had to get a new window before driving 5 hrs home. Expensive trip!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have an odd noise over night, but I slept great because they had provided earplugs. The shuttle service was phenomenal and Jason really provided phenomenal service at drop off and pick up.

The entire downstairs floor smelled of urine. The smell knocked you down as you walked through the door. I expressed my concern as I was checking in to the staff. They were aware of the issue, but we're more interested in signing me up for rewards points (I declined more than once. coming off of a 4 hour drive the last thing I want is to be subjected to their questionaire while inhaling human fecal matter. Of course, they insisted more than once that I should do just that) rather than getting out of their seats to clean the restroom. Stay anywhere else. You will have a better experience.
