  Great location & with the shuttle downtown, can’t beat it. The price went up significantly over the years and they charge to park… booo!!! The hotel is clean and staff is friendly but as with any hotel, the lack of maintenance is noticeable.

  Andrea at the check-in reservation desk was wonderful. She helped accommodate us for earlier than expected check-in. She was very professional, friendly and caring. We had a few issues with the room, but she made the best effort possible to problem solve, and navigate through our issues. She is truly a positive asset to the hotel staff.

  We were staying here and going to an event at Nissan Stadium! It was close enough to walk with our two small kids without it being too crazy! The staff was all so friendly, they got us checked in early so that the kids could rest before we had to be at Monster Jam. The room could have used a little work but I have stayed in worse, overall would stay here again and would recommend!

  My two stars are because the night we arrived there were a few ants on the bathroom floor. I didn’t complain because I thought it wasn’t that big of a deal. The next day I noticed a few more on the bathroom countertops. The final night, there was thousands of them on the nightstand in between the beds so I complained. The receptionist switched us to a room right next door which I was thankful for but I did see 1 ant on the new room’s bathroom floor. She also gave us complimentary breakfast for the next day. They need to fix this issue. Other than that, I liked the free shuttle service. I didn’t get in the pool but when I went to look at it, it was empty. The location was convenient as well, all my car share rides were under $10 for where I wanted to go from the hotel. My room on the 8th floor had a good city view.

  I've been a IHG Platinum member for years now.. NEVER have I stayed at a Holiday Inn that treated their guests like they were thieves.. I checked in, and did the whole pay-for-parking thing, which I feel is ridiculous to begin with, especially on a regular night. Then, the next morning I went down to get breakfast, and there was no one standing at the hostess stand where it said "Wait to be seated". So after standing there for a few minutes, another guest that was behind me suggested that the sign might be for the evening restaurant, and that breakfast time is probably just like any other Holiday Inn Express.. That made sense to me, so I proceeded to get a plate and get food. Mid-scoop of the standard hotel breakfast, an employee walked up behind me and asked "SIR, did you pay for that!?". I responded that "I assumed I did", as I was a guest. She then proceeded to say, "Well, until we're sure, don't sit down", and walked me back to the hostess stand where I felt like I was being interrogated for jewelry theft. I quickly told her, not to worry about it.. I was not taking attitude first thing in the morning over Cisco-grade microwaved hotel breakfast, and that I have never been spoken to like that at ANY hotel I've ever stayed at before. She could have handled that whole situation so much more professionally than she did.. All this being said, I will never stay here again. Ever. Simply because of the employees attitudes, and the fact this hotel nickel and dimes their members for everything that SHOULD be included for paying guests.. I WILL be contacting customer relations over this stay. I spend way too much money with IHG to be treated like this.
