  Lalita made sure we had coffee at 4 AM and that we were picked up on time to get to the airport. Kelsey took exceptional care at the restaurant to make sure we had everything we needed that our food was cooked just the way we wanted it and made every attention to detail. We had a very good stay.

  Our stay was great! Beautiful and comfortable rooms and great amenities. Lalita the front desk receptionist was very nice, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend!

  Lalita is so wonderful she is such a hard worker. I am from Wisconsin and I wish I seen more employees like her with such an outgoing spirit and the love that she has for her job. Is unbelievable I wish I could see that more in the world. She is such a keeper! You are amazing Lalita!

  After staying here 4 nights, I can't possibly think of a single complaint other than we just couldn’t stay longer. Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in after a long day of traveling and dealing with our previous reservation at another hotel falling through. It was refreshing to say the least when we walked in and met Sheila at the front desk. In 5 minutes, she turned a stressful day into a relaxing evening. The hotel is very new, impressively well-kept, and the design is beautifully well thought out. The restaurant and bar was a very nice surprise. So convenient! The food and drinks were delicious. The first evening, we were served by Elliot. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He made us some fabulous drinks that we were ready to go back for the next day. The next morning, we were served by Laila at breakfast. She immediately greeted us with a smile and grabbed us some waters and juice. The glassware was spotless, and although it may seem odd to mention, the water was really good. The food was top notch! There was a ton of things to choose from, from eggs, bacon, sausage (turkey and pork), breakfast potatoes, French toast, pre-made bacon egg and cheese/sausage egg and cheese English muffins, a large assortment of pastries/bagels/crescents/muffins/bread, many different kinds of cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and toppings… Very impressive! Everything was hot, fresh, and far from basic “hotel food”. Each morning, Laila’s new exactly who we were and what we had to drink. She was so kind and always asked about what we had been up to. The second night, we were served my Kesley who was a joy to talk to. He also made us some really wonderful drinks and served us some excellent food. One thing I’m always picky about is French fries, and they were SO good! Perfectly crispy and salted, and so fresh that I did my happy dance. The kids especially loved him! We saw him again a few times before we left, and he never failed to impress. I truly can not brag on the staff enough, especially Sheila. I will most certainly be back every time that I come to Nashville to visit family, and as wonderful and perfect as the whole experience was, the staff is why I will be returning. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned. Every last detail was well thought out. The amount of care put into every last thing is apparent and so appreciated. Lastly, the pool was the cherry on top. Very clean, indoor which was nice, and clean dry towels waiting for when you get out. The kids had a blast, my husband and I had a blast, and I would swear the staff did too. Thank you so much Sheila and to your team as well for turning a nightmare of a trip into a wonderful memory that my family won’t soon forget! We will see you again soon!

  I used the Parking at this hotel whilst I flew to Las Vegas. Parking was easy. Shuttle picks up from front door of hotel. Young lady Lalita was awesome. She helped me scan my phone and check my car in. So helpful and very welcoming. I’ll certainly be back. Hotel waiting area very clean and complimentary coffee.
