Stayed here for 4 nights in the king bedroom with a suite. It was a $15 addition per night. It was nice to have a big room for all our stuff. There were some issues that we encountered that had to do with the pillow, the WiFi, and an outlet plate. The pillows look comfy, but they are far from comfy. I understand now why I saw someone bring their own pillow with them. The pillows they provide have feathers in them and they flatten to about 1 inches when you lay your head on it. Quality sleep is not reachable. The WiFi, you would think by this late into the game that it would be great but it was not. The speeds were terrible. I could not remote desktop to my computer back home without it dropping the connection every 30 seconds. I got to the point that LTE on my phone was better than the hotel WiFi. Then there was a broken outlet cover (in room 400) close to the ground that was broken. I could see this being a hazard for small children. It's like a $1 part at Lowe's or Home Depot. It's an easy replacement. I will say, the cleanliness of the room is something to be said! Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday including the tile floors. It was nice to have clean fresh towels everyday. A trend that most hotels have stopped altogether these days. If I come back, I would definitely buy a pillow at Walmart before staying here again just so I could sleep on the comfy bed properly.

I had booked the jacuzzi suite. Was in the jacuzzi for maybe 10 minutes and the ceiling started leaking water so really couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi as planned. The staff that night told me that the manager would give me a call and see about getting a complimentary room another time. That they couldn’t give me a round due to me booking through a third party. I’ve called and came and each time the manager was busy or couldn’t talk to me. Just left and now and the manager was in a conference and now they don’t do complimentary rooms. I booked the room for the jacuzzi and I couldn’t enjoy it which sucked. Wish I could post the video of it leaking but it looks like eventually it will cave in.

Came with my small family. Wife, daughter (6 months) and I. We were trying to get a good hotel. And I’m so happy we choose this one. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely going to come back!
