Very comfortable, safe, and quiet. The staff was very friendly too. The only complaint i have is the maid always comes in my room unannounced each time I stay here. I always ask for a 1pm late checkout and each time I stay at this location I have to ask her to step out of my room. She is always 2 hours early. I would appreciate if she is educated on what late checkout is. Thank you.

Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Everything is dirty. Towels with hairs on them, shower has dirt on the walls, shower head has red mold, base boards filthy, stains in carpet, remote comtrol has grease all over it, sink is moldy, we checked in late and had no other way to get a room or we would have left. Filthy filthy filthy.

The assistant manager is a nightmare to deal with. She has no customer service skills at all. This location is great if you like added fees and being lied to. DO NOT COME HERE

Stayed at Holiday Inn while traveling from Miami to Lincoln, NE – This place was super nice, clean, and great customer service. The location was very convenient, with plenty of parking and it is close to downtown.

Fantastic Holiday Inn for sure! Was able to get a room earlier than check-in which is a plus. Rooms are spacious. The bed is comfy and clean. I can cast my phone to the TV so no need to watch everything on a small screen. Also great showers with lots of hot water and pressure. Staff is great. Breakfast lady was a bit annoying (chanting about hotcakes all morning) but it's not a big deal. I do wish they'd focus on cleaning tables a bit more though. Overall, was in town for the night for a concert and it's a solid lodging just outside of downtown. Plus they offered a free Uber out to Broadway which is super nice!
