    Obviously, the rooms are due for an upgrade or a deep clean. The room floor was stick, so I recommend you bring slippers. Also, make sure you bathroom is clean before using. There was a used washcloth, that was there for a long time, and hair on the floor. Overall, great location from the airport.

    I gave this hotel 5 stars across the board because it exceeds my expectations for an airport hotel. We have stayed here twice and it has been good both times. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is very convenient to Nashville airport (BNA). Rooms are clean, mattresses are firm and comfortable, and everything works (although we had a power outage for several hours due to a strong thunderstorm). You can leave your car there at a reasonable daily rate and go to and from the airport using the hotel's shuttle. Coffee and tea are always available in the lobby.

    Front desk was nice, the lady checked me in and arranged a shuttle to the airport for 2pm the next day. Went back to the front desk a few hours later to cancel my shuttle and pay for parking because I decided to keep my rental car overnight (the guy ripped up the shuttle card and said not to worry about the parking fee which was nice of him). At 2am, I got woken up by a call from the shuttle driver asking where I was and he was a bit snippy at me saying that next time I should let them know. Clearly there was some miscommunication but neither of us wanted to be up at 2am so I politely told him I did let them know and left it at that. There was a big storm and power outage 5-10 minutes after I cancelled the shuttle so maybe the guy at the front desk got distracted with that and forgot to update the system or call the driver or whatever they do. I couldn't fall back asleep after that because of the noise of people talking and walking around the hallway. The noise from the airport and planes didn't bother me, and I probably could have slept through the rest of the noise if I didn't get woken up by the phone call. Bed and pillows were okay, room was not well cleaned (found an old pair of contact lenses on the nightstand), and water pressure was weak. I wouldn't stay here again.

    Check in with Terrance was so incredibly smooth! I was meeting my mom here and between the two of them it seamless for me to check in but that’s not the point of this review. About 20 min after we checked in a storm rolled through and knocked out power in the entire hotel. I’ve worked in hotels myself, I know it happens and I know it SUCKS! What happened after just made his day more complicated, 2 coach busses rolled in with an entire school band team and the hotel has no power. He commandeered that crowd and had everyone’s room keys in the kids hands in under 10 min. Idk what you pay Terrance but you’re not paying him enough!!!

    The shuttle driver was very rude , actually screaming at us because we didn’t know to sign in . He also was very rude to another family for the same reason . When my son in law replied “ we didn’t know we needed to do that “ very respectfully, I should add, the front desk clerk told us that we were kicked off the shuttle , accusing us of being disrespectful!! My husband, not knowing what was happening , boarded the shuttle ! When I told my husband we couldn’t ride , because we were supposedly rude ( I had not uttered one word!) . My husband kept asking “ what happened?” ( he has hearing aids ) , so he told him( a 73 year old man) to “ shut up”! And then told me to “ shut up” when I tried to explain. He persisted in yelling at me when I tried to explain why my husband was asking. None of our party ever raised our voices , or were rude in any way ! I was in tears by then , and he shouted at us to “ get in” , so we did. He proceeded to yell at the entire bus load of people and drove like a maniac the whole way , to express his anger, I suppose . Our daughter , her husband who was supposedly rude , but in actuality is never rude to anyone, and their daughters had to hire an Uber. . Their daughters were visibly upset also . The whole situation was totally uncalled for ! We will never stay at this motel again !!!!
