Great location overlooking the river and trails. 5 star service and the rooms are updated, comfortable, spacious. The conference facilities are excellent, conveniently, located on the 5th floor. Food was amazing. The gym has awesome cardio, free weights and machines, with an amazing view of the river. The pool has a great scene with a popular bar, large pool and hot tub too.

We had a great stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. The reception team delivered true white-glove service: professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful and very well located. A couple of minor issues (pool experience and some confusion around booking benefits), but the team handled it well and ultimately made it right. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a high-end stay in Nashville.

We stay at a lot of Four Seasons--this one has some service issues in my opinion and the rooms are not as nice as they are at other Four Seasons. This is really a three star review but pushed up to four stars because the manager came and spoke to us and was a nice guy. The issues started when they texted me a few days before arrival; I told them I didn't want an adjoining room, and they didn't bother to tell me that my room type only had adjoining rooms. So when we checked in--we were in an adjoining room. To me, this is kind of unforgiveable--they had ample time to contact me about this. Then, the room was loud. Next when we texted to get our car from the valet, we got a text saying it was ready--then when we got downstairs, it was not ready and we had to wait quite a while. Finally our omlette was way overcooked. They did take it off the bill, but they should know how to cook an omlette at the Four Seasons! C'mon, this is like cooking 101. I don't know if I would stay there again quite honestly--might try somewhere else in Nashville next time.

Fantastic food. I don’t know if it was the first time offering their Easter Sunday brunch or not, they were little unorganized. Two servers came up to the table to pick up the order for drinks right after each other even though they were standing by the table. And the end trying to pay our bills the server told us that the bills were paid . Asked her if they charge at time reservation? She went to ask her manager. Came back with unpaid bills. Gave her the credit card and a few minutes later she brought the receipt with her with different amounts. We asked why is it different than the actual amount? Said it is the service charge. Make the very long story short they waived the service charge. It took us longer to pay than eating time.

Spent the weekend for the first time here in Nashville. Below are my detailed experience: Valet - highly recommended instead of self park. Check-in- Brian was quick to check us in and gave all the information we needed. Very respectful and courteous. Room- got a great river view on the 11th floor. Quiet room. Smells good and fresh. The only thing I noticed was they did not clean the coffee maker well. There was a residue/hardened coffee by the drip/spout. Shampoo dispenser wasn't working well , you need to open the entire bottle to get it out. Nothing extraordinary with the layout but well-kept. Housekeeping- regularly check with us if we needed any. Breakfast - this was the highlight of our stay. Our breakfast at BACCO gave us an unforgettable experience. Devin was exceptional/phenomenal. He is the master of Southern hospitality. You'll be lucky to have him, very knowledgeable and super attentive. We didn't feel rushed. All his recommendations were delish!Their Cinnamon roll with mascarpone is a must try! Location - can't beat this , literally steps away from Broadway! We will be back!
