Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was spectacular—from the atmosphere to the service. The place is beautiful, the vibe is perfect, and every detail makes you feel taken care of. I was honestly impressed and would 100% come back. Highly recommend if you’re in Nashville!

Wonderful historical boutique hotel in the old Federal Reserve Bank Building…not just a hotel…it has full kitchens and washer drier in the rooms…so my family were storm refugees for this years Nashville Ice storms without power for more than a week and this was our refuge. Our kids loved it…Publix was open and 2 blocks away for groceries. Great very helpful staff. We were blessed to be able to stay here.

I booked my reservation on 10/15/2025 bc we were coming to Nashville for a concert. I get an email today 1/5/2026 that our room has been cancelled. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Therefore any hotel I could have gotten cheaper is now more expensive or full. 1 star is to many!

Everything about this place is a major inconvenience. We were double-billed, charged twice for parking, and unable to enter the grounds or the building without making multiple calls to customer service via an 800 number. The room was 62 degrees upon arrival and never rose above 67, even with the HVAC system running nonstop overnight. The facility can best be described as a penitentiary.

The Mint House at the Reserve - Nashville is a great place to stay! My husband and I booked it for a quick weekend trip and it was amazing. The check-in was a breeze. The room was beautiful. It was by far the best bed we have ever slept on away from home. I would recommend to everyone! Already planning to come stay again
