As a Hilton Honors Diamond member with nearly 20 years of traveling under my belt, I can say this was one of my favorite hotels. Evening front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, professional and so very helpful. Valet was the same. Johnathan was very prompt and handled my vehicle with great care. I will definitelybe rerurning to thisbfacility my next time in Nashville.

I'm not a person to complain. Hilton is my preferred over Marriott but this was the worse stay I ever had at a Hilton hotel. You would think that being a new hotel the staff would be more that willing to make a good impression but they really show no effort. The valet guy didn't help or offered to help to get my suitcase from the trunk as other Hilton valet staff has done in the past. The guest services woman said my room wasn't ready but it was 1 hour after check in time. She said "I will go personally and check " as I saw her walking away inside the back room of the desk took about 20 minutes, came back out and continued to check- in other guests. I waited another 10 minutes and walked up to her and asked about the status of the room which I got more frustrated when she looked at me and asked "what was your name again", like completely forgot about me and forgot to check on the room. I never felt more ignored. I'm an honors member and always been treated as they already know me when I arrive at other properties. She end up switching my room that I have picked on my app, just because she couldn't get a status in my room. Then at the bar , I ordered food and after waiting for a while, I was told by the bar tender that the cook cut his finger and someone else had to make the food. I felt so disgusted thinking I'm going to get blood or a finger in my food. If it wasn't because I was starving and already waited a long time, I would of left. Next morning, they said that I will get a text so I can request my car and didn't have to wait. I never received that text. I asked the valet to send that text right in front of me to make sure he had my phone number correct and the text never was received, as if whatever system they're using was not working. I had to wait a while for my car as well. This is just very disappointing and I will not recommend my staff and my company to do company events or outside meetings at the property for the fear that they will not be treated well.

I attended the grand opening of this hotel and I was blown away! There is a stunning peacock theme woven throughout the entire property. The staff are so welcoming and excited that this hotel is finally open! There is a coffee shop in the lobby and snack options near the registration desk. Great views of downtown Nashville from some of the rooms. I love Hilton properties and this one is a great addition to Nashville.

We’ve been staying at Hilton properties for about 20 years. Hilton has basically been our travel religion. And honestly, we had stopped staying at Hiltons since they changed their Honors program recently. If anything could restore our faith in the Hilton brand, this was it. We started with the sweetest valet on earth, James. I assumed he was just chasing a good tip…until we walked inside and realized everyone was that nice. The front desk staff made us feel like we were staying in their actual homes. The lobby and restaurant are stunning—there’s even a giant peacock mosaic made out of color‑coordinated books. It’s like a design magazine and a fairy tale had a baby. The restaurant food was chef‑inspired, the lattes were delicious, and the restaurant staff gave us better shopping/dining advice than Google ever has. Our room was lovely, with floor to ceiling windows, backlit bathroom mirrors, and cell phone chargers built into the end tables. Then the AC died late that evening. Maintenance took forever to come, and when he did come, he couldn’t fix it, so my besties at the front desk changed our rooms. Then the second room’s AC died too. At this point, there were no more open rooms to try. So they put us in the general manager’s room!! That’s when I started wondering if this place was secretly run by Chick‑fil‑A, because the customer service was that over-the-top good. The next night was their ribbon‑cutting ceremony, and my friend and I talked our way into a full tour. Pretty sure we met every employee in the building, and every one of them was more friendly as the last. For the rest of the week, we felt like part of the family. We told Shane—the GM whose room we stole—that he’s built the best team we’ve ever encountered. I genuinely hope the owners treat them well, because they’re the reason we’ll always stay at Tempo Midtown whenever we’re in Nashville. So, the beginning of this trip was a work trip for my husband. But for Valentine’s weekend, my husband had booked the JW Marriott because it’s “fancier.” Big mistake. The service is meh, my lemon drop martini was awful, and the downstairs bar food tasted like disappointment on a plate. Other than the view, all I want is to run back to Tempo Midtown like I’m coming home from college for the first time. I miss my people. I miss the food. I miss the atmosphere, I miss paying half the price for 10x the customer service! I miss my Tempo Midtown family!

This property is brand new and very nice but unfortunately we have been having issues since check in. We got to the room and it was extremely hot and humid - the thermostat said 75 degrees. I tried turning the AC on and waited 20 minutes for it to kick on and it never did, the thermostat actually kept going up. I tried asking the front desk to move rooms and they told me they did not have another king room I could move to, and that I would have to switch to two queens. We did not want to switch to that room type and so they said they would send maintenance to the room. I was told maintenance would be up immediately but we were left waiting without them ever showing up. I talked to two different people at the front desk and kept getting the run around from staff, and no response when trying to use the chat feature. Beautiful property but terrible experience unfortunately.
