I really enjoyed staying here. The location was very convenient, as the convention I was attending was just a block away. It was also convenient to the Broadway area where all the tourists go and I was able to walk around and sightsee during my free time. Also a very easy walk to the Assembly food hall for a quick meal— I cut through the Marriott to get there, then walked back around the block. I was back in my room with a hot meal in about 20 minutes!
The entrance to the hotel is a bit secluded and around the block from where all the party people are walking, which I appreciated. Note that the hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, which I found odd but not a big deal. The “rooftop” pool is also on the 5th floor, not way up on the top roof of the building. There is a bar and restaurant for dinner (small menu, with room service available) and a breakfast/brunch place here as well. The little convenience area behind the main desk sells my favorite sparkling water and little things of ice cream and snacks. There is a water dispenser for filling bottles along with the ice machine on each floor. Staff were friendly and kind.
I got a king Peloton room, so I had a very fancy exercise bike along with yoga gear and resistance bands. I was able to work out in private in my own room instead of going to the fitness center, which was great. The room also included a mini fridge for leftovers, so I saved money and didn’t waste food! Complimentary tea and coffee were also in the room. Plenty of towels, an extra wastebasket and recycling bin. Lovely toiletries as well, and a comfortable bed with nice linens.
The not-as-good: There was a crazy squealing noise coming from out in the hallway, which stopped shortly after I notified the front desk about it. I could hear people coming and going and even people talking in the room across the hall. The bathroom light switch took up to 15 tries to turn off and on. I was in there thinking, how do I have all these degrees and letters after my name and I can’t turn on the bathroom light? (To every hotel I’ve stayed in over the last 5 years, I ask you, what’s wrong with having normal light switches?!) I did not drive but noted that the hotel only offers valet parking on site, there is no self-parking, which means that my work would not have paid for my parking if I had my car with me.
Overall, I really enjoyed the room and the location and would stay again!

Great location, 8-10 min walk to broadway. Very big rooms, comfy beds. I had a nice view of the city. Thankfully, I didn't hear my neighbors. I've been to so many hotels where the walls were paper thin 🫤 the bathrooms were nice & clean, I loved the gold accents everywhere and marble in the shower, as well. Elevators were fast, but if your room is near them be prepared to hear some occasional noise especially on weekend nights. Didn't use the bar or the rooftop pool so can't speak on those, but the pool did look very small.

I wish the lobby was on the first floor. It makes checking in and out easier. There isn’t even an express checkout box for keys on the 1st floor. The room was great minus the gimmicky lights in the bathroom. Just put in a switch. No one wants to deal with motion sensors and timers on lights. The damn lights turned off by themselves in the middle of my shower. It startled me enough I almost fell through the shower door….. Okay, enough complaining. The room was clean and quiet and my bed was comfortable. AC worked great. Nice furnishings. Excellent location. Great gym. Coffee shop on 1st floor. Nice bar in the lobby on floor 5. The girl at check in was very nice.

I was really impressed with tempo I just came across the hotel while my wife and I was planning our first trip to Nashville and it was even better in person. It was clean and very luxurious and also close to broadway with live music and lots of liquor . We had a grand time . The people were very friendly it’s definitely not like where I’m from . Our most memorable moment was meeting and chatting with Jake from valet he’s the best he was very kind to take pictures with me and my wife and also recommended places to go eat . We would definitely come back and visit. Thanks for having us .

I had a fantastic stay at Tempo Hotel, where everything from check-in to checkout was seamless. Jake, with Valet was incredibly welcoming and efficient—he made the arrival process so smooth, greeting me with a warm smile and handling everything from luggage to parking without a hitch. It was clear he really cares about creating a great first impression.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a modern, chic vibe, and the rooms are both stylish and comfortable. The best part? It’s within walking distance to Broadway, so exploring Nashville’s vibrant scene was super convenient.
The lobby bar was a standout too—perfect for grabbing a drink after a day of sightseeing. The atmosphere was relaxed but lively, making it a great spot to unwind. Overall, Tempo offers top-notch service, a prime location, and a fantastic ambiance. Highly recommend!
