New Years Eve . Great location to stay. Mikaela helped me book a room with views of the fireworks, also stayed in touch my entire visit to see if I needed anything. Check in staff and housekeeping were great. Building very well maintained, shout-out to the engineering team. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Nashville. Thank you

Parking is way overpriced and you don’t have many options. The valet service is absolutely terrible and would not recommend it $80 (one night) with a 45 minute wait total chaos. For the same price room I would look for other places that are just as convenient with better service.

We stayed in Nashville for 7 days over the Christmas holidays and Tempo by Hilton played a big part in making the trip so good. We’re Irish and it was our first time in America, and Nashville didn’t disappoint.
Front desk staff were genuinely lovely. The guy who checked us in around 10pm on Sat 20th Dec was really welcoming, and every time we went down with questions about the area or the hotel, everyone was super helpful.
The hotel itself is even nicer than the photos. The open-plan reception/bar/restaurant area works really well and feels warm and lively rather than like a big empty space. Bar staff were friendly with a good drinks selection.
We had a corner suite and it was perfect, loads of space and everything we needed. Super handy location too, the airport bus literally stops outside and it’s only a few minutes’ walk to all the bars.
Big shout out to the café on the ground floor as well, amazing menu, great coffee, and the staff were so nice. We went in at least once a day. We’d love to come back in better weather to enjoy the outdoor area and pool.
Traveller tip / recommendation: don’t just head towards the main strip out front. Behind the hotel there are some unreal bars and restaurants we only discovered on our last day. Fogo de Chão is a Brazilian-style steakhouse and they had all-day happy hour with $10 cocktails which were class. We didn’t have time to eat (heading to the airport) but the food looked unreal.
Overall, brilliant stay. Would 100% return.

I can’t express enough how fantastic this experience was.
I reserved a suite, as a surprise, for very dear friends.
John was extremely helpful and accommodating. His customer service skills are exemplary and he made the process seamless.
When my friends arrived, they said that John was friendly and engaging.
When they entered their room, they were impressed with the decor and ambiance.
They were over the moon.
The location of the hotel was perfect because they could walk wherever they wanted to go.
The view from their room was spectacular, overlooking downtown and its attractions.
This was money well spent. It was more than I expected for my friends and I am thoroughly impressed with everything.

My husband and I stayed at the Tempo by Hilton in November for a weekend getaway, and overall our experience was enjoyable.
The hotel’s location is excellent, with a short and convenient walk to Broadway. The property is clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was very clean, the fitness center was spacious and well equipped with free weights and a weight bench, and the team members were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel bar is large and inviting, and the bartenders provided attentive service.
Our only areas for improvement were related to guest conveniences. The in-room coffee setup was somewhat cumbersome, requiring boiling water to be poured through a filter that frequently slipped into the cup, making it difficult to prepare a simple cup of coffee. We also would have appreciated fresh water and coffee available in the lobby, as well as a continental breakfast option, rather than needing to access the attached coffee shop for food and beverages.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose Tempo again in the future.
