- JMJudy MitchellNov 17, 20255.0Hi, we recently had a group of our students stay at Spark Hotel. And I must say it was amazing. The rooms was cleaned and breakfast was great. But overall it was a young man by the name of JaMario who was phenomenal!!!! His energy, was the best! Every time we needed help with our annoying question haha, food suggestion or just room amenities. He was the best employee we encountered with during our entire stay. Even the students was looking for him when we departed but was told he only worked nights. I don’t think the message would be delivered directly to him, so I took the initiative to post this where everyone can see. If anyone ever visit this Hotel PLEASE Ask for Jamario!!! He’s Amazingggggg!!!!!
- SWShirley WaltonNov 10, 20252.0Would Not Recommend Rooms were clean and updated. Conveniently located to a local restaurant; otherwise, you will need a vehicle especially at night. Here’s my issue with this property. When I checked in on Thursday night, I tried to switch from debit to credit.I was told that I had already been charged for the full stay. I checked my account and the entire amount had been deducted. Hilton’s policy for no-show is 1 night stay. What if I had not shown up, I would have lost money for 4 days and not 1 day. The lady at the front desk told me that this was something new that they had just started. I was assured that the Manager would contact me on Monday. I still have not heard anything. Elevator was out of order! An alarm went off Saturday morning for approximately 15 minutes. I was told that this happens often but takes a few minutes to be disarmed. Who really wants to be awaken by an alarm. This is negligence on the Manager’s behalf! Both elevator and alarm should be fixed! After going back to sleep, I was awaken by a lawn mower! Stay away!

The front desk man was very welcoming and helpful on detailed directions (much appreciated!). All of the hotel, fitness room, and hotel rooms were clean and just what you'd expect of a Hilton brand! Thanks for a great stay!
- HZHeidrun ZupancicOct 26, 20251.0The first room given to us had a ceiling leak above the toilet that had been fixed previously, and the faucet was loose at the bathroom sink. The second room was better but the faucet installation was so far back that it made washing hand a challenge. The water pressure was awful and the shower tile at the top had mold. The caulking around the shower basin was disgusting. The rest of the room was so so in regards to cleanliness. The mattress felt worn down.
- KKKathy KingOct 19, 20253.0Meets expectations for what you pay. Clean rooms except the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work and there was no hair conditioner, which is odd. Otherwise it's fine. Nothing extraordinary or special.
