  Hands down one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Nashville! Spark by Hilton at Opryland completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable, and perfectly located near everything—yet still quiet and relaxing when you need to unwind. What truly made this stay exceptional was Diego. He is an absolute rockstar. Diego responded to every single request quickly, professionally, and always with a great attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect. Service like that is rare these days, and Diego sets the bar incredibly high. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. If you’re staying in the Opryland area, do yourself a favor and book here—and if Diego is working, you’re in the best hands possible. I’ll absolutely be back!

  Location was okay. Near gaylord resort. Not a good view of anything. The rooms and hotel is okay you can tell it was new barely any furniture. There was hair left in the shower in a few places upon arrival so the house keeping could be better.

  Someone opened the door to our room between 1:40 am and 1:45 am (I checked my phone at 1:42) on Saturday 12/6. We had the stopper flipped open and the bang of the door woke me up. I could see the lights of the hallway in the mirror. We informed the staff Saturday morning around 9 am and were told that no other keys had been created for our room. We didn't go to the front desk right after it happened because we didn't know what was happening and who was trying to get in. We were told management would contact us multiple times. We talked to 3 different front desk workers about it. We called customer service also and never heard from management. The issue was never addressed. Our room was visible from both the front desk and the camera. All they had to do was look into it. It's been over a week. No one seems to care.

  We came to Nashville to see lights at Grand O’pery we stayed at spark we are Hilton horrors we had 3 room we was told we would have to put 75 deposit for each room 225 was held on our credit card that was a lot to us we have never been ask for a deposit I look on website to see where it said it on the site but didn’t see it the desk clerk must had got mad because I told him I didn’t see it he proceeded to tell us how we could lose our Hilton honors I guess for saying something about the deposit never have been treated like this in all the Hilton we had stayed in this motel is for groups of older people no coffee maker in room no microwave to heat up stuff

  Hi, we recently had a group of our students stay at Spark Hotel. And I must say it was amazing. The rooms was cleaned and breakfast was great. But overall it was a young man by the name of JaMario who was phenomenal!!!! His energy, was the best! Every time we needed help with our annoying question haha, food suggestion or just room amenities. He was the best employee we encountered with during our entire stay. Even the students was looking for him when we departed but was told he only worked nights. I don’t think the message would be delivered directly to him, so I took the initiative to post this where everyone can see. If anyone ever visit this Hotel PLEASE Ask for Jamario!!! He’s Amazingggggg!!!!!
