  My husband and I stayed one night, for personal business. We were given a room on the 14th floor, which we occupied but were unable to sleep all night. There was very loud thumps and clicks all night, I'm not sure if we were very close to the air conditioning unit, or what had caused the noise. Either way it was very unsettling. Starting around 6-7am it was very noisy, around 9am we were rudely disturbed by a few young men who thought it would be appropriate to beat on our door multiple times, claiming to be room service. They were infact not room service and shortly after were told to go back to their rooms. Over all the rooms were clean, but the stay was very unsettling. Management not other staff members were no where to be found. Unfortunately we wouldn't be back. UPDATE: I received the owner response, please provide an email address.

  The restaurant is small but so gorgeous. Well decorated and comfortable seating. At first when we sat down it took a bit to get service but there were only 2 servers and everyone was arriving at the same time due to the live musician. Steve got us our drinks and placed our order. There was a small issue with the steak I ordered but they happily fixed it. And frankly once I tasted the food I didn't care. It was amazing. The Creamed leeks even. Which surprised the hell outta me. Steve was charming and funny and made sure our drinks were full. And he managed to guess which dessert we wanted. Which was amazing as well. Highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant and Steve

  I would have given this hotel and associated restaurant more stars if I could. From the registration process that Heather managed so beautifully by herself with many guests made us feel at home instantly. Then you look around the lobby that’s connected to the Countrypolitan restaurant and you feel right at home. So, we decided to have lunch in the Countrypolitan eating at the bar and it was fabulous with great cocktails served perfect. Then we also had breakfast there with Brittany serving us and doing a great job of explaining they’re very unique menu. The abundance and quality of the food was amazing. I will definitely be back again as it’s also located adjacent to printers alley and just a stroll away from Broadway.

  We didn’t stay in your lovely hotel but stayed next door. We came for drinks one night and the service was so exceptional we came back for dinner the next day. How fortunate for us to have Steve on both occasions. Professional, friendly, attentive, informative and all round fantastic server. Our dinner was nice - very different ceaser salad but pleasant. The soup was delicious, chicken breast divine but broccolini very chewy and overcooked. Those corn dogs were next level delicious!! The entertainment on both nights was exceptional as well. We were also assisted in our first day by your lovely receptionist Heather which was the first encouragement to come into this hotel. We will definitely be back.

  We stayed here for a four-night mother-daughter getaway and honestly… I don’t know why everyone isn’t staying at this hotel. The location is PERFECT... Walkable to everything and just steps from Printer’s Alley, which feels like Nashville’s hidden gem. The food was the best we had in Nashville. Breakfast alone is worth staying here. The quinoa bowl and oatmeal were incredible, and I can confidently say I had THE BEST potato soup of my life. (If you ever share the recipe, I will be forever grateful.) The live entertainment absolutely mesmerized us for hours. Shawn Spencer and his angelic partner (I wish I could remember her name!) were phenomenal Puh-lease release music so we can stream you! And Steve the bartender… WOW. He created drink after drink that tasted so smooth we questioned whether there was alcohol in them — until it hit perfectly. The Dreamcycle and Dragonberry Boba need to become permanent menu items. Also, when my apple salad came without dressing, Steve literally ran to fix it. Above-and-beyond service. Liz, our server one night, was the sweetest. The hotel itself was spotless and chic, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the whole stay felt effortless and welcoming. Stay here or regret it. Eat here or regret it. Listen to the live music or regret it. P.S. Don’t skip the photo booth by the elevators ...especially after one of Steve’s drinks 😉 Feeling Fabulous at the Countrypolitan by IHG'S Hotel Indigo. #No Regrets
