- JPJennifer Propst2 days ago5.0Staying at the hotel was such a unique and amazing experience. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and everyone there makes you feel at home and welcome. The live music every night was amazing and I can’t even say enough about how GOOD the food was. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Lori, the hostess at their restaurant in the lobby. Even if your stay wasn’t great, she would brighten your day and change it all around. Even when there were events going on that she had no control over, she made us feel welcome as guests at the hotel and made room for us. She is OUTSTANDING. If you stay at this hotel, I hope you get her as the hostess because she will absolutely make you feel like you are her family. We will definitely come back, mostly because of her.

The hotel itself is beautiful—spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The lobby alone is a whole experience… from the vibe to the amazing scent, it sets the tone the moment you walk in. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the bartender, Steve N. His drinks were beyond amazing—some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had—and his service was top-notch. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He single-handedly elevated our entire trip!!! We’ve stayed at many boutique hotels in Nashville, and this one stands above them all. The live music in the lobby/bar was better than anything we experienced on the strip—talented, intimate, and the perfect Nashville atmosphere without the chaos. We will 100% be back. Highly recommend staying here—and make sure you grab a drink from Steve N while you’re there!

After leaving New Year's day discombobulated running behind I noticed I didn't have my purse not only did they have it they had my toothbrush too. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back! From the guys parking(young longer curly headed guy), desk staff, cleaning crew you guys truly ROCK. Thanks for making our New Years one to remember... PS. I absolutely love the Mail Drop and the transformation made!!

Heather at the front desk was warm, kind, and incredibly patient, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. At the bar, Steve crafted unforgettable espresso martinis with the cutest designs, and Derrick’s talent behind the bar was matched by his warmth and friendliness. The hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional, and it’s the people who truly made this experience memorable. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed bluegrass music , a band with the name 'Sherman" in it, I can't recall exactly but repeat performers and the best bluegrass music. The small elegant stage is framed in peacan wood deco carvings. It's so artsy and relaxing. Laurie, the Countrypolitan hostess took a Pic of us on one of the lobby lounges - lush leather and deep greens- so sweet of her. And later we got room service with her with hospitality and character! Lastly, the cinnamon rolls are you die for, I thought I had momentarily gone to heaven but no, I think they sneak buttermilk in them.
