Poor service and quite unprofessional. Arrived from airport after midnight for a business related trip, only to be to told they were sold out for the night and they sent me back to airport where I had just come from. Claimed they made efforts to contact me, but I received no contact regarding this and the number they told me they attempted to contact was not my number. Very disappointed with this service, would not recommend.

We recently stayed at this hotel as guests from Toronto, and our experience was fantastic. The front desk lady and gentleman went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of and Special shout-out to the valet Tariq, who assisted us with our bags during our 5 AM checkout we had no cash and he just insisted we tell us about our time at the hotel on google review .While the surrounding area has a noticeable homeless population, this is common throughout Nashville, and it didn’t detract from our experience at all.

Valet: James and Darnell have the BEST energy! Offered to help with my bags, informative about the valet process, and just genuinely kind people! Couldn't help but smile when speaking with them! 😁
Front desk: I didnt catch his name but, I arrived at about 7 PM and he gave just as awesome customer service as the valet gentlemen!

I have stayed here 10+ times this year. I frequent Nashville often for work and this is now my “home base” - the customer service SOLD me. Everyone is extremely friendly, the hotel is easy to navigate, and everyone is always willing to help no matter the issue. My co workers and I got snowed in back in February and could not go to the office. They rented a big office space to us within 15 mins and had food and drinks flowing. I cannot say more good things about this hotel. I check in today! 🥰

There are a lot of pros about this property, and a couple of cons. The cons make it so I would not stay here again, but it doesn't mean it is not the right hotel for other people.
Pros:
- Great location
- Friendly staff
- Great city view
- Good food across the hotel restaurants
Cons:
- Parking can be irksome if you are driving in. There isn't an onsite parking lot and valet will run you $50-60 per night
- $25 daily resort fee was not effectively communicated on what it entails and how to leverage it. The miscommunication to us was blamed on a "digital check-in" although we totally checked in with the front desk
- If you are booking via Amex Platinum, this is not a property that is good value for those additional benefits
All in all, the trip was fine. But that's about it. The cons overshadowed some of the pros, which is unfortunate. But others may enjoy it more.
