- MMMaressa2 days ago5.0The hotel blends curated art décor with a clean, modern aesthetic and feels very intentional from the moment you walk in!The location is central, with plenty of dining, bars, and attractions within easy walking distance. Service was excellent from start to finish. While parking was more than expected, the valet team was extremely prompt and efficient for both work and leisure outings, which made it a lot less frustrating. The on-site restaurant was a standout for brunch with great variety and an overall fantastic experience. The upstairs restaurant/bar was also enjoyable and reasonably priced. Dinner, however, felt more limited compared to the atmosphere.The space would really shine with a small-plates or tapas-style menu in the evenings. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used.It was very well equipped and ideal for anyone who prioritizes fitness while traveling. Rooms were clean, nicely designed, and surprisingly quiet given the central location, making it easy to truly rest. Diamond member destination credits were a nice bonus. Overall, the hotel is a new favorite in Nashville, and I’d absolutely return!

I asked the night staff for a key to my friends room and gave them the name. They flat out told me no and said this person isn’t staying here. They lied and threatened to call the cops on me for a simple mistake. They showed unprofessional behavior and no understanding of the situation. It’s very disrespectful to not only refuse a service but to also lie to a customer. There are so many hotels in the area that offer better treatment than this. No need to stay at this location.
