My family and I are frequent users of Hilton, and unfortunately this location didn't deliver to what I'm accustomed to. It was not all bad as the location is ok and there are things close by. The breakfast is ok as always, they only had a pork substitute 1 of the 4 days I was there. Other Hiltons normally have it everyday or an actual kitchen I could order something. Also breakfast ended at 9am not 10am from what I'm used to. I hated the fact you had to scan your room ID to move from floor to floor. That was annoying especially while holding something. The rooms were pretty dated. Out of the rooms we had only 1 of the ice makers in the fridge worked. In my room specifically, it seemed not to be ready as if it was last min. There wasn't bar soap in the room, body wash, (not that I use it) no dish detergent, dishwashing machine tabs, no laundry bags little to no silverware and the phones didn't work. Trash was in the hall by the elevator for like 3 days before picked up. Housekeeping were nice and helpful with the exception of 1 employee. Not much more to say on this.

So this property always has clean rooms, timely service and nice amenities. I stay here often on business trips to Nashville.
Recently they shifted their parking to an outsourced company. It has been a huge pain for me - until today.
Omari - a manager with the parking company - was the first person who heard what issues I was having and could do something about it. He listened carefully to what I was saying, tried several solutions and finally found a solve. Without him, I’m not coming back to this location. He was calm, cool, reasonable and kind. It isn’t about being perfect, it’s about how you show up when you’re not. Omari is one of those rare examples of someone who shows up.

Thought these were nice at first. I've given birth a few days ago. My baby is in the NICU so I chose this location for convenience. Firstly the top covers STINK they smell like an old goodwill comforter. Then the pillow smelled as if some man was just laying here hours ago. I checked in around 7. So Unfortunately I didn't notice these things until after 8:30. I couldn't stand the smell and called down to the front desk to complain. She let me know they are sold out so no new sheets or pillows were available. I told her these pillows and sheets smell used and there are streaks of tiny blood on the sheets. I did not bleed on ANYTHING in any place during my stay at the hospital. So I know the blood isn't from me. She informed me I would have to pick up the sheets myself but I told her I've given birth and I need to rest and have them brought up, so she did accommodate and brought me the sheets. Which was thoughtful, I dont recall her name but she was the Indian woman at the front desk that works nights. Very sweet. If you're breastfeeding the water DOES NOT GET HOT, more so at night. The water takes FOREVER to get just a Luke warm heat. So you'll be standing and waiting most of the time for it to heatup. At one point it took over 20 minutes! I Unfortunately I sustained some injuries from giving birth. So you need a bottle of water to assist the area to keep it clean while you go to the bathroom well guess what? You'll only be receiving nice Ice cold spray baths to the area. Absolutely horrible and I've only been here 6 hours. Writing this to help prevent another distraught mother who's wanting a resting place to be while her baby issue away from her recovering. I would not choose this location. While the parking situation is finicky, I will say the valet gentlemen are absolutely amazing!!! They were extremely helpful, courteous, thoughtful and understanding. Their gracious demeanor and thoughtfulness was enough to almost make me think about staying. But now I have a neighbor that smokes weed and it drifts into my room. Luckily since I spend almost of my time in NICU I havent had to deal with it but sucks. Some of the front desk girls are rude one in particular was nasty upon every interaction. But overall they were nice. But some definitely need improvement. The response to my first post about following up with management, we have received not one returned call. So Unfortunately I'll be going to a new hotel, which is incredibly inconvenient but I feel necessary. We'll be contacting corporate about our stay.

I stayed here for two weeks for work. You park in a garage a couple floors under the lobby. You need your room key to use the elevators. (It felt like work to get up to my room sometimes.) Parking is VERY EXPENSIVE - $40/day via an app that tacks on extra fees and sales tax. I think one day of parking was $48.10, total. It's just a couple blocks from The Parthenon and a large city park, so the location is good. About a mile from a Whole Foods. They offer free transportation to anything within two miles of the motel during certain hours. The rooms are fine. Everything was in good condition and worked well and it was very clean. Good cooking facilities and a full-size fridge. The staff were helpful overall. My view was of a vacant lot, but the sunsets were still pretty (see photos). They have a happy hour on Wenesdays with free refreshments. The lobby and common areas are quite pretty. I would not stay here again but it's more of a personal preference than anything about the hotel itself. It's nice, overall. Oh yes, no ATM at this hotel.
