All of the hotel staff have been exceptional. I would recommend a stay here. The breakfast is a good, hot meal every morning. To name a few people: shuttle drivers Sam, Earl, Javaris, Tony and valet David. Very nice and efficient gentlemen. Thank you to everyone.

Hotel is great!!! Breakfast great!!!! Service is great!!! Levi the attendant was great!!!! What was bad is —— Parking MGT program was a pain and wouldn’t let us out. It made us go back through the app and refill out everything after we already paid the 40$ dollar a day for parking, then charged us a dollar again so hopefully we aren’t charged double. We had to use the call service button to get out.

It's a nice hotel and its in a nice location. Right next to vanderbuilt univ. and there is good restaurants in walking distance if your in a pinch. However, when we stayed there was no hot water and they acknowledged they knew about the issue when we checked out but still charged full price. And to fix the issue, all they can do is offer you "points". When your in Nashville in the middle of December, one thing you look forward to after a long day is a hot shower, but not here. Probably be the last time I stay at this chain of hotels. They do have a complimentary shuttle that will take you close to downtown. Getting them to take you back to the hotel is gonna take longer but they'll eventually show up. The shuttle is nice, but the loud rap music played in the van seemed a little "unprofessional" especially when you got young ears in the van. The driver was polite though. The parking deck underground was a little sketchy at night but still didn't have any issues. The breakfast is good with a good variety of foods and juices and coffee
