  I recently completed a 3-week work stay at Hilton Homewood Suites Vanderbilt, and unfortunately, my experience was mixed at best. I want to start by recognizing housekeeping — they were consistently professional, kind, and did a great job maintaining the room. I truly appreciated their service. However, nearly everything else was disappointing. Upon arrival and during my stay, the front desk experience lacked professionalism. At one point, the manager was engaged in a personal cell phone conversation while I was standing there trying to get assistance, which left a poor first impression. Maintenance issues were also a significant concern. My initial room had a sink leak that I was not informed about. I returned after being out to find wet carpet. Shortly after, the dishwasher began leaking as well. When I reported it, maintenance ran a cycle to test it — only for me to return later to find it leaking again. After repeated issues, I was finally moved to another room, but by that point, the inconvenience had already impacted my stay. The parking garage was another ongoing frustration, with consistent operational issues throughout my time there. I spend roughly 180 days a year in Hilton properties for work, and because of that loyalty, I expected much better — especially for a 3-week extended stay. This location simply did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Hilton.

  My family had a wonderful stay at the Homewood Suites. The location and premises were very nice. Special shoutout to Metchay for all of her help and hospitality. We will most definitely be coming back the next time we are in Nashville!

  Okay hotel but expected more from a Hilton especially across from a major university. Sink in room barely drains. One would have thought housekeeping would have let maintenance know and get cleaned out but I guess that's on the guest instead. At breakfast, asked if they had any gluten free bread - nope! To top it off, coffee cold and had to heat up at their microwave. BTW, it's 6:00 am and one would have thought the coffee would at least been hot. Overall, very disappointing!

  A fabulous hotel with so many amenities An accommodating and attentive reception staff. Very convenient to Vanderbilt and it's hospital with shuttle service within 2 mile area. Excellent stay

  I had to go here once one time and it was amazing I have to go here again and I know it will be awesome I’m a kid and it’s so kid friendly stay the night and I know it’s a 4 hour drive from rising sun Indiana but it’s worth it
