  The Homewood Suites is by far the best hotel i’ve stayed in when visiting nashville. The staff was incredible so kind and accommodating. We arrived at 1 pm and our room was already ready and it was amazing. We got a king suite and it was one of the nicest rooms i’ve ever stayed in. So spacious and such nice amenities. We accidently locked ourselves out of the bathroom and someone was there within minutes to help. Amazing views. Great location near so many fun places in the Gultch and a quick walk to broadway. Cannot recommend enough!

  I had originally booked by stay with the hotel through hotels.com for a 2 night stay and due to a unforeseen circumstance with work I needed to cancel one night and reached out to the hotel for the request and was told I needed to make the request through hotels.com (which was understandable). I made the request and hotels.com reached out to the hotel and explained the situation and the hotel denied the one night cancellation (which was understandable). I advised hotels.com to keep the original reservation the same and I would be checking in a day later and I would just pay for the night I wasn't going to be there. I arrived at the hotel a day later after a 12 hour drive around 4pm with my 2 teen daughters and their friends after for a concert at the Bridgestone arena only to find out the hotel cancelled my entire reservation with no notification made to myself from the hotel or from hotels.com So I paid a second time for the night arrived for the same room that the hotel cancelled on me essentially paying to stay in the same room twice for one night. The hotel was contacted by myself and hotels.com for a refund for that one night stay (not for both nights since I knew I was unable to cancel the original stay and understood that I would be out the money for the first night) and the hotel refused to refund the one night charge for the room I paid twice to stay in. I am not sure if this is just a horrible business practice and poor customer service or if the comprehension of what was being explained about paying twice to stay in the same room just wasn't being understood but either way the issue after multiple attempts still hasn't been resolved and overall for a 1 night stay at the hotel has cost me approximately 1200 dollars.

  Rooms are nice but many issues (leaky showers) and sub-standard management / reactivity. No compensation or even offer to make things right (upgrade, credit, etc) For a Gold Hilton member, extremely disappointed.

  The room itself was nice - clean and comfortable with a large refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The view of the city was amazing! My only design complaint is that the bathroom is right next to the bed, which felt a little awkward. Unfortunately, our experience with the Hilton app key was very frustrating. Upon arrival, the digital key didn’t work in the elevator. We went up to the 11th floor to ask for help and were told the key maker was down, so we had to be escorted to our room. The app worked one single time after that and never again. We ultimately had to get a physical key. We were also told we could use the Canopy hotel’s shuttle to Broadway and just scan a QR code at their front desk. That wasn’t accurate, we simply had to tell the valet at Canopy and wait our turn. The shuttle itself was a Rivian (not an actually shuttle) which was great and took guests anywhere within a 1.7-mile radius, a nice perk once we figured it out. The valet situation was another headache. Hilton uses Metropolis for valet, and it’s anything but seamless. I prepaid for valet when I booked, but when I needed to request my car, the Metropolis app required me to pay again. I had to open a support ticket to request a refund (still pending). On top of that, the first time I used the valet, they forgot to check the car back in, so the next time I tried to request it, I had to go to valet to request and there was no apology or explanation from the staff. The location is excellent, though - close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to The Gulch and downtown. Next time, we will be staying at Canopy.

  I have never slept as well as I did at this hotel! Ten out of ten. The room was beautiful and well equipped with a kitchen (fridge, freezer, stovetop, dishwasher, sink). The ceilings were so high with floor to ceiling windows which made the space feel larger. A separate room for toilet and shower was a nice touch. We stayed in room 1044 which was at the corner of the building in a separate hallway, this was great because it was so quiet. The room was spotless and maid service was great. The breakfast had interesting options and the coffee was delicious. I was very impressed that we arrived at 7:30am and were able to check in to our room right away. The front desk staff were helpful. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and shops in the gulch and just a 15 min walk to downtown Nashville. Overall my three night stay was amazing and I would stay again.
