- JJJackie6 days ago1.0I stayed here in December 2025 and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. Parking is advertised very clearly on Google as a free amenity. When I arrived, I was told parking is not free, and when I pointed out the listing, the response from staff was largely unhelpful, they gave me a discount but claimed that a 3rd party called Metropolis controls their parking. Since Google listings are controlled by the business, that information should either be corrected or honored as advertised. I asked for a credit on my stay and they denied and said a manager was unavailable. On top of that, I was overcharged by their third-party billing provider for an extra (fourth) night that I did not stay. STILL UNRESOLVED. I called multiple days in a row, tried alternate phone numbers, and spent a long time just trying to reach a person (literally 1.5 hours on the phone multiple people don't pick up) I even contacted Hilton customer service directly, was transferred several times, and ultimately told no one could help me. Between the misleading parking information, poor customer service, and billing issues that still haven’t been properly resolved, this stay caused far more stress than it should have. I expected better communication and accountability. Adding the one picture I have to prove that I stayed here so this doesn't get removed. Please contact me, I want my overcharge back.

Took good care of me. Visited the bar Graysie(not sure of spelling), great bartender, great vibe she was super sweet. Thank you guys so much for your hospitality.

I would have thought it would have been wonderful. Well there is no decorations zip none. There is one tree in the hallway. I ask the front lobby person and the comment to me was not everyone celebrates Christmas hence no decorations. Also there is a big displayed rock in the middle of the lobby what is that? This hotel has no atmosphere.
