From noises in the hallway, to noises in the street, to the whiney water pipes. Is what it is but just letting you know room 504 is super noisy and super difficult to sleep at night.

Staff was friendly and prompt with their help. Breakfast was wonderful, they had the typical fare of eggs and potatoes but added either pulled pork or chicken and changed sausage varieties each day as well as added toppings to make bowls. Same for waffles, typical waffle makers but added flavored syrups and toppings to elevate the food above typical. Room was clean, shower pressure and temp was great. You could tell that it was an older hotel that had been given a facelift but everything was clean and well done. Only complaint was that our “city view” was a parking deck where the cars were at our level and about 2 yards away so we had to keep the blinds closed at all times.

Miss Dee at the front desk is very friendly and the housekeeping and breakfast staff are fast and professional. I didn't use the valet but they still said hi to me which I thought was nice. The rooms are unfortunately showing their age. My refrigerator was extremely noisy and I could hear doors slamming loudly and toilets flushing throughout the night. The pillows were also very soft which I don't like but that's more of a personal preference. Also, the elevators are being updated. One of them was out of order. This was not an issue and I'm glad they're addressing it. It's in a good location, very close to Broadway. I'm not sure if I'd stay again though.
