- CBCharles B.Jan 4, 20261.0I have been a Diamond member since 2008. I always choose Hilton properties. Staying at this hotel made our family's first trip to Nashville a distasteful experience. When we first arrived, the lobby thermostat read 47 degrees. We had to wait quite a while to check in. The valet area is at a tremendously inconvenient location for loading and unloading bags. I had 3 rooms; 1 of the rooms was a 1-bedroom suite, and I was told by the front desk that none of the rooms had a door separating the living area from the bedroom. This was obviously misinformation. We asked for the room to be cleaned on the 3rd day and the cleaning staff came in, replaced towels, took out the trash, and did not do anything else. It's an understatement to say this hotel should not have the Hilton brand name.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is welcoming, and the location is perfect for walking to downtown spots. Breakfast was a nice perk, too. Biggest downsides: pricey valet-only parking and some street noise at night. Still, for the space and location, it’s a strong choice and I’d stay again.
