The garage where they park your car is not secure and does not have cameras to watch your vehicle. My car was broken into while it was valeted and the company did not compensate me at all for the lost time or damage to my car.

The breakfast was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had, and David N was an absolute delight to talk with while there! He made sure we had everything we needed !! The staff here in general was incredible. The rooms were well maintained and the housekeeping staff is incredible!! Will stay here again on the next trip back!!

The bed was comfy, the king studio suite had a full kitchen which was very convenient, and the view of the federal courthouse was nice. We were able to walk all over downtown. I recommend parking yourself in the garage and paying daily, it is $47.50 vs. the valet which is about $10 more expensive. Only weird thing was our toilet was filling with hot water and the shower would jump from cold to steaming hot, but water pressure was great. I recommend grabbing a matcha or boba tea at the shop next door, super yummy! Will definitely stay here again.
