    I was a little disappointed. The day before check-in, I received an email advising that I could check in and choose my rooms (I reserved 2 rooms). I attempted to check in, but could not select my rooms. I tried again to check in, and the system then said I could check in, but they'd assign the rooms. They assigned my two rooms next to each other, which is what I needed. I then received a message that said, "Your rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Airport are ready, Stephanie! As a Gold member, text us anytime. How can we help with your stay?" I hadn't arrived at the hotel yet, but when I arrived and checked the rooms, one room was fine; the other room had not even been cleaned. I went downstairs to let them know, and the response was, "Oh my, these young people these days don't want to work." I thought hearing, "I'm sorry for any inconvenience," would have been the right thing to say, but that didn't happen. Though they changed me to another room, it was on the other end of the building, away from my family. I have some medical issues and sometimes require immediate help, which makes it difficult when the rooms are so far apart, but I was told they didn't have anything closer. Though the room was clean, it was cold. The heater blower was loud, so I chose not to listen to it all night, but the sound of the airplanes throughout the night kept me awake. Not a place I'll stay again.

    DO NOT BOOK. I checked into this hotel February 5th and once I went to go up to my room the door was unlocked and open. There were leftover pieces of broken up weed on the counter, pubes all over the bathtub, bed wasnt made all the way with pillows and no pillow cases, and wet marks from cups. I asked to switch rooms and second room had at least 20 pubes in the bathtub. Does housekeeping have eyes or even try to make it look like they cleaned the room? I brought two children with me so I was not going to stay there anymore for their safety. Front desk seemed annoyed I called them out on dirty rooms and checked my first room while my belongings were in there and closed the door on me. Housekeeping said I couldn’t come in for health reasons. Second room nobody checked to see if it was clean and while I was calling to cancel through third party housekeeping allowed their self into my room without knocking then proceeded to check the bathroom mess I was talking about. So unprofessional seems like a drug hotel.

    We’ve been misplaced by the winter storm fern, aka the ice storm of 2026. No power at our home and now no water. We booked online and everyone has been so gracious. Dylan the GM answered all my questions before I booked online, the front desk has been welcoming, the housekeeping staff Crystal especially is fantastic. While this has been an experience I hope we don’t have to deal with for a while they have helped make one part of it a relief by being so great. And the Wednesday evening dinner and trivia/games was a good family time in an otherwise stressful situation.

    Worst Hilton ever. Ana the rude lady at the desk would not help us for over an hour. We had a reservation when we tried to check in she didn't say a word to us no hi I will be right with you. After 20 minutes we were next in line and she refused to let us check in. I said hello are we able to check in? Her rude response was do you have a #? I said what # are you referring to she said you need to get a number from the other girl. I asked her okay where is this other girl? Her response was she is busy you have to wait. She then went on to send me to the side. I am still not knowing what is going on never had any issues like this checking in. After an hour of still waiting for "this other girl", I decided to yell hello wherever this other girl is please give us a #? Ana then began to say I am being rude but still no help unable to check in still, I left. Thanks to Ana I stayed at a Marriott and may not go back to a Hilton again!
