On first sight this hotel seemed fine, but as you head to your room you start to notice why it’s just a 3 star hotel. As you exit the elevator, Our floor proudly displays it is 100% smoke free but ad you walk down the all it wreaks of pot. Thankfully inside our room didn’t stink. However, there was not hand soap or shampoo in our room - they clearly don’t check the bottles when they clean because they were bone dry. At least the rest of the room looked clean and our linens seemed fresh. Bed was pretty comfortable. The furnishes seemed updated and fairly new too. The size of the rooms are nice and it’s not far from the airport which is just what we needed. I’ll also add that they do serve a good breakfast, offering a little variety - stuff to make breakfast tacos, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, chia pudding, yogurt, all the breads and cereals. One side note - they don’t tell you this anywhere but you have to pay for parking and it’s not cheap, we were charged $50, and they charge your card before you actually check in - our trip was personally and the company card is tied to our IHG account so we always switch it when we check in but we were not given that option because the charge was already processed. I now see a note in another review about this but it wasn’t there when we booked the room. We were only overnight guests, not stay, park and fly which may be understandable to charge but overnight at $50 and not downtown seems a bit steep.

Great experience at this hotel last week! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good location. Heads up, you have to pay for parking, but they have security at night so that more than makes up for it!

Hotel was nice and hear a great breakfast. Ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I came here to say the bed and pillows were horrible. I spend 100+ nights in a hotel a year and for me to think a bed is bad it has to be bad. If I was staying longer than two nights I would have moved hotels.

Run away from here! Worst hotel stay I've ever stayed at (service and room). I wont be back. The service was awful. There was a short lady with a red doorag who was extremely rude and gave us the run around for at least an hour because they weren't even ready for our rooms even though when we called ahead of time to let them know we'd be early (and the lady on the phone said it wouldnt be a problem). Then you have the room itself. The overwhelming smell of bleach is everywhere. Why does everywhere smell like a swimming pool, but the pool is closed? And the sheets were so heavily bleached, it caused my skin to break out and the smell leeched into out clothing. THE BED WAS THE WORST BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN. It was like sleeping on a rock with a blanket. Even the blanket was itchy. Also the front desk ladies lie to your face abour everything to avoid conflict. So when they tell you that sure checking out early is no problem and I'll be refunded for the night we arent here, do not believe them. Girl with red and black nails at the desk lied to my face outright about being refunded for the night we arent there. Definitely not a hotel with hospitality. Stay very far away!
