    Our experience at this hotel during winter storm Fern was challenging, but memorable in so many incredible ways. Christy, Angelique, Julio, Austin, Tyler, Will and countless others were beyond kind and absolutely committed to our safety and well being during 27 hours without power. Common areas were lit, and one elevator still functioned (amazing given that I am a wheelchair user), but it became so cold - stressful for both staff and guests, on so many levels. But staff and hotel leadership continued to check on us, offered an extra blanket, and did everything they could to be accommodating and supportive. We are IMMENSELY grateful for their hard work and dedication - it will not soon be forgotten! The ONLY cons: -Complimentary breakfast buffet was awful, and left us both feeling very ill. We did not eat breakfast (sans cold bagels) after the first time. -We were assured by Diane ahead of booking that they had a FULL back up generator capable of heating every room, which was crucial to our initially booking due to being medically compromised. Unfortunately, it turned out several other folks were provided the same misinformation. Regardless, we will continue to refer everyone we know. Thank you, Home2Suites West End Team!

    We stayed here during The Great Ice Storm of Jan 2026... The wonderful staff went above and beyond to create a safe smooth stay as much as humanly possible, even as the power went out throughout the city. The location was on a generator well over 24 hours to run basic lights, the elevator, and the lobby/office, where the staff kindly set up a charging station, some delicious food from one of the only nearby functioning takeout restaurants, and waffles! They never lost their patience and understanding to make the most of an awful situation throughout the city. "Home2" was exactly that. I can't thank them enough. Objectively speaking, this clean, orderly, comfortable property is in an outstanding "launch pad" location for visiting Nashville, with a parking garage below for guests. Thank you to the whole staff and we'll be recommending the hotel to visitors all year round.
