Parking is an additional 50.00 per day! To boot, the parking g deck is owned by the hotel. I'm just pissed that on top of the room rate I have to pay an extra 250.00 Parking for my stay here. I could have stayed somewhere nicer with more amenities for the same, or lower, overall price!

Unfortunately, the stay was let down by the shower experience in my 7th floor room (712). The water took an unusually long time to get hot, and at times it ran cold without heating at all. For a Hilton property, this was disappointing and inconvenient. Overall, while the amenities like breakfast were great, the poor water system on the 7th floor really impacted my comfort. Hopefully management addresses this issue soon, as it makes a big difference in the guest experience.

We loved them! Breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus with lots of options. The location was convenient to Vanderbilt University. There is construction next door, but it didn't bother us at all during our stay.

Serena was amazing and not only responded promptly to a text I sent but also supported me when I needed her to reach housekeeping for me. What a nice hotel in a great location with awesome customer service!!
