    Horrible customer service reception. Just 1 person doing check ins and she stoped checking everyone causing a line because a person had a problem with her booking.com reservation. It was almost 6 pm and we were still waiting for check in, even when we already checked in online, they don’t care your Hilton diamond status either!!

    We were welcomed by Sandra at the front desk,she was very helpful and made the check in process very quick and easy. Room was completely clean. Would recommend to anyone

    Bed was not comfortable, I always get the waffle well the do the “healthy” multigrain with buckwheat, it wasn’t anything to write home about. At least it was healthy. The only thing you rated was whatever you put on it. I don’t remember the very nice lady who checked me in but she was exceptional! I get it’s downtown Nashville but when you already pay for a room why pay half as much for parking. Ridiculous!!!!! Especially when a lot of people use these hotels for not so good news doctors appointments!!! Shame on you Hilton! Greed is the root of all evil!

    Arrived in what it looked like a parking lot. A hallway to lobby existed. NO placards to help or guide. Checked in only to learn that parking is separate and is $40/night and worse separate.. You have to go through a payment process separately, enter all car details, license plate (mine was rental) , credit card, etc.. Once you make the purchase there are ZERO instructions as to how to go and park.. Gone inside the lobby who said the gate will open.. Drove through the parking lot, and since my room was on level 6 I parked higher up.. OF COURSE, THE ELEVATOR DOESNT WORK.. BUT NO INFO GIVEN... Do you think it should be discounted the parking Noooo... call front desk from 5th floor.. They tell me they elevator is not working so, again luggage back in car.. and drive lower, then walk the ramp down, enter lobby then go to my 6th floor. Of course the entire separate parking is NOT given/listed anywhere.. but the entire setup left me fuming, since I do have a bad knee and going g back and fort... OH.. also God Forbid they will have a placard for the floor number!! That would cost them money.. So ridiculous the entire fiasco... Not sure I'll ever come back here again!!
