  Due to the winter storm and power being out for we booked a room Sunday thinking we only would need for 1 night. 1 night turned into 4! The staff were all very friendly, flexible and accommodating given the circumstances. Being away from home unexpectedly and unprepared I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Karina at the front desk always greeted me with a smile and never seemed bothered or overwhelmed with all the people looking for accommodations. Thank you to the entire staff for everything from clean towels to hot breakfast!

  Today was extremely hectic due to the weather and ongoing emergencies, which made checking in clients very challenging. Despite some guests being rude and inconsiderate of the circumstances, Malik at the front desk remained calm, professional, and attentive. He made sure everyone was taken care of and accommodated as best as possible. I really appreciated his positive attitude, dedication, and commitment to customer service. He handled a tough situation exceptionally well.
