The best breakfast. All day café bar. Incredible big room. Lots of cookers. The hotel is in a great location, close to lively areas, yet not noisy at all. The best experience ever.

I have stayed at this particular location too many times to count. But this time stands out above all the rest. I left and didn’t double check my stuff before leaving the room and checking out and I had left behind some pretty valuable items not just one, but three. It wasn’t for hours later that I realized this and when I called the front desk, Leron knew right away what I was looking for. Olga in housekeeping put everything in a bag and left it at the front desk for me and I was able to send my son-in-law the next day to pick everything up and everything was there. I cannot say enough good things. The front desk is always pleasant to deal with. I have also communicated often with the sales department. Very helpful! Highly recommend Sarah G

Staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Grabbed a room for the night after driving 11 hrs. Was never told it would be $40+ dollars park at the hotel. I was just told here are my keys for the room and garage. There is street parking. I would have parked there if I knew I was going to pay an extra $40+ for 8 hrs only. When I asked front desk about it this morning and told them I was never told that. The front desk lady on Nov. 25th at 7:00 am was extremely rude. I wouldn’t want to see her behind that desk again. I explained the situation. Told me I was wrong. Instead of trying to help just kept saying I was wrong, telling em “the correct price of parking since I didn’t know” and just saying she can’t do anything. Then when I I rounded and said $50 for parking - she laughed and told how parking is exactly $42.50. I told her I was just rounding and that that isn’t the issue. She then laughed again and told me I should get the price right. I would be embarrassed to have her working there if I was the manager of this establishment if she doesn’t even know how to have common decency on how to be a customer service rep.

My daughter and I were in town earlier this week for the Sabrina Carpenter concert and stayed here and it was the PERFECT place for our overnight stay. The staff was delightful, Deidre was a gem chatting with me the day before we arrived to clarify how parking worked then helping us check in when we arrived, even letting us check in early so we had more time to get ready! The location is PERFECT if you're going to a show or game at Bridgestone, easy 8 minute walk! And my daughter and I are still talking about the how big the room was and how delicious the included breakfast was! AMAZING! 10/10!
