The staff was delightful, Deidre was a gem chatting with me the day before we arrived to clarify how parking worked then helping us check in when we arrived, even letting us check in early so we had more time to get ready! The location is PERFECT if you're going to a show or game at Bridgestone, easy 8 minute walk! And my daughter and I are still talking about the how big the room was and how delicious the included breakfast was! AMAZING! 10/10!

If something ran out they would restock it very fast. Had a great variety of breakfast options with like 4 different types of bagels. Yea and coffee station was always stocked. Had a pool with hot water and it was very clean.

Parking is a breeze in the secure underground garage with easy in and out access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-designed with fun colors on walls, floor and shades. The included breakfast was the best ever in a Hilton hotel. Highly recommend!

We had room 1000 - the presidential suite - and it looks just like the photos online with a huge full kitchen, corner floor to ceiling windows, balcony, tv area and two bedrooms two bathrooms. The main bedroom was very good sized with a huge bathroom and walk in closet. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove top, full oven, and a decently stocked kitchen regarding pots pans etc. It was the perfect space for the larger group to gather and eat. We easily fit 12 for entertaining. The pool area was great - it was heated to be more like a hot tub in October. The free breakfast is the best I’ve ever seen. We were able to walk to all of our destinations. Highly recommend.
