  We really are enjoying our stay. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are large with great amenities. Breakfast is quite large and has a decent variety! Location is perfect. Not right on Broadway but close enough to walk mostly! Only downsides... Our room is right by the pool, our window faces the pool and they have music playing in the pool area all day/night and the housekeepers have speaker phones on or the radios/walkie -talkies are loud. And our refrigerator is super loud. These are all minor, but notable.

  During the ice storm of 2026, Home2 Suites truly became a place of refuge and warmth in every sense of the word. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed extraordinary patience, kindness, and professionalism, even while managing a full hotel, stressed travelers, lots of pets, and plenty of kids running around. Every single team member we encountered was welcoming, calm, and genuinely friendly, despite the long hours and challenging conditions. They never made anyone feel like an inconvenience and consistently went out of their way to help with smiles on their faces. What could have been an overwhelming and miserable situation was made so much easier because of the compassion and hospitality shown by the Home2 Suites staff. Their warmth, grace, and dedication to guests did not go unnoticed. We are deeply grateful and will absolutely remember this experience when choosing where to stay in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of your guests when it mattered most.

  We stayed two nights at this hotel during the ice storm while our power was out, and I cannnot say enough positive things about the hotel and the staff there. Bobby, the front desk manager, was an actual angel and the entire staff there was exceptionally helpful and friendly despite being crazy busy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I am so grateful to everyone for working long, long hours to make sure the locals had a welcoming place to stay during this emergency. Nashville has grown a lot but this is exactly why it's a great city to live in. Thank you Bobby and crew!

  Excellent location for enjoying downtown Nashville. Parking under cover and more affordable than public lots. Breakfast very good. Quiet and clean. Staff helpful. Saw lots of ice hockey fans as fellow guests if that's your interest. Attended event at nearby Convention Center. Easy walk.

  We stayed here the week of Christmas! Great location - close to downtown - walked to the Titan’s stadium for a game, lots of restaurants, Ryman and shopping all within walking distance. We have 4 kids ages 9 to 14 and lots of activities to keep them entertained 2 pool tables, heated pool, board games, and shuffle board. Donut shop next to hotel. Complementary breakfast better than most hotels and coffee out all day. Our 9 year old particularly loved the Hot Chocolate bar they put out daily with cookies! The staff was friendly and helpful! Building is secure, you need your room key to get it in the lobby, parking on sight and parking garage very secure - locked below hotel and only hotel guests parking there. We loved this hotel and would stay again!! Great for families!
