The spacious and comfortable suite was great for our large family. They even provided a crib. Hotel was clean with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast! Excellent location, too, with restaurants and a coffee shop just a short walk away.

ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE STAFF.
Stayed here and had management accuse myself and a coworker (we’re both pilots) of smoking and possessing Marijuana inside the room.
We were asleep when the manager and housekeepers began to try and force their way into our room, bypassing the deadbolt lock and also forcing their way around the safety/security door latch/device.
They claimed to smell marijuana and accused us of being the ones who were engaged in illicit activity.
There was no smoke and zero evidence of smoking such as ashes or even any sort of paraphernalia let alone any illegal substances in the room.
They barged into the room and were extremely disrespectful and outright rude.
They proceeded to have the police come and escort us out and off the property trespassing us and banning us from the hotel.
We are pilots and subject to DOT/FAA random drug testing and we have new test results to prove we are not guilty as they have accused us.
The staff here needs to learn how to address customers and treat them with respect versus breaking into their customer’s room and being rude and disrespectful.
We have taken up the issue with Hilton corporate and will be escalating this as far up as possible.

I’m a lifetime Hilton Diamond member and in 2025 I stayed 67 days at a Hilton brand hotel. We actually had management attempt to break into our room with making the accusations that they smelled weed. And furthermore they said they didn’t actually smell it directly coming from the room but the smell was down the hallway. After an exchange of words the manager that broke into the room and was asked to leave immediately and if he had a legal issue then maybe they should call the police. Later on the police showed up and requested that we leave otherwise the manager was going to have us trespassed and arrested. The police when they came to the room stated there was no odor of weed. I would like to add that prior to him breaking into the room we were asleep. We politely left and checked into another Hilton property down the street. I also contacted the Hilton Diamond desk and opened up an official investigation. Considering the circumstances I would not ever advise anyone for any reason whatsoever to patronize this location. We have secured legal counsel and we have received certified lab drug testing results that are negative making an criminal accusation towards us is incomprehensible. Their actions have serious civil liability consequences and it’s something we are not taking lightly.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Every staff member was helpful and kind. The place was sparkling clean, and I am a clean freak! The breakfast was great and if anything was out they would replenish it right away. My kids had a wonderful time in the super clean pool also. This location is wonderful, you really don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to, and the pricing was very fair. We will definitely return to this place when we come back to Nashville.
