Being stranded in an ice storm is stressful enough, but knowing that a hotel is willing to push a guest out into dangerous conditions—hours away from home, without a vehicle, and without winter clothing—is a major lapse in both hospitality and humanity. Despite fully explaining my situation and my urgent need to extend my stay for safety, the staff was horribly rude. They simply stated they had "no room" and demanded that I be out by noon. They clearly prioritized room turnover over the basic safety of their guests. Please think twice before deciding to give this establishment your business.

Had to wait more than an hour for my room to be available that I booked well in advance. Do not recommend this hotel for business travel.

Breakfast is fine, yall need to do something different with that stupid plastic shelf with food on it. I ended up just pulling the tray out because your forced to contort your hand with a mis-sized spatula to get food or use extra long tongs and blindly reach to the back. Random crock pot of sausage was crazy since it was good. Croissants were good once reheated in the toaster although they were only there one of three days. Waffles and that was it. Breakfast has potential to be better but definitely had worse. The rooms were good, smart TV's enabled with some streaming services otherwise locked down. Comes with a mini kitchen, sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toasted, keurig, two-burner hot plate, full assortment of dishes, soap and sponge. The bed was a king, firm but not uncomfortably so. Bathroom was not bad which in a hotel means it was good. The shower ran out of hot water kinda fast but it is what it is. Heated indoor pool was a plus and the gym seemed full of relatively new equipment. Kids constantly running up and down the hallway, kinda felt like a daycare was being run out of it but that's none of my business. When we checked in we immediately could hear our neighbor have an extremely loud phone conversation through the walls. It had been a long winter storm of a day so I went downstairs and asked for another room. No explanation needed, the lady was amazing and accomodating. So, I know what you're thinking. "Basically nothing wrong here, why a 1 star review?" Because people are tired of being squeezed for every penny, tired of being charged for every thing you can think to monetize. I understand you don't use all of your parking and so you sell spaces to for travelers flying out of BNA for $10 a day. However, I'm paying over $100 a night for a room and you have the audacity to charge $5 a night to park my car in your still largely empty lot. If you want $5 more per room then charge it to the room fee but don't act like you're doing me some extra favor to park at your hotel. It's a hotelffs. You can keep the "well some people don't have cars so we don't want to charge them" ohhhhh stop. It's crazy that you have something good going on and then do something stupid like that. Could save more money by getting rid of the manager who just stands in the alcove behind the counter on his phone nonstop. It's the only thing I ever saw him do.

I’ve been staying here for a few days since my power went out in the storm. This hotel has been extremely nice. One, it had power. Two, they allowed me to bring both my dogs, though there is a $75 pet fee. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are polite and very helpful. The free breakfast every morning has had a lot of variety and been very tasty. Location is convenient, being off Donelson Pike, but also a little private since it is at the end of a dead end road, so it’s very quiet. I even got a chance to use the indoor pool, which has good hours being open until 10 pm! Prices are reasonable, especially for a suite. I highly recommend this hotel!
