- DSDon SmithNov 16, 20255.0Stayed here a couple weeks ago to attend Chargers vs Titans. Area is nice and quiet, convenient distance from the airport as well as downtown Nashville. Nice quick shuttle ride to/from the airport. Also some retail stores nearby if you need to do any emergency shopping. Will definitely come here again if I visit Nashville again.

There was ample parking, and they offer airport parking with a shuttle, which is awesome. Sasha at the front desk was so nice! She greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with arranging parking and the shuttle pickup.

We arrived very early in the morning the day we got there-around 8am, which was breakfast time at the hotel. We did not expect an early check in but they let us grab a bite to eat and we hung out in the lobby and even dozed off as we had been up since 3am the night before for our flight. Samantha saw how tired we were and worked to get a room as quickly as possible and did not even charge us an early check fee. We were so grateful of her generosity and it just made our stay so nice and off to a great start. Another person who stuck out to us was (I believe her name was Amal?) but she tended to the breakfast buffet (which was very good by the way!) she also went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed, offering to take our plates, get us drinks etc. which was so sweet of her. Overall it felt like such warm southern hospitality at this hotel and I would definitely recommend. Plus, it was close to the airport and even had a complimentary shuttle!

We were greeted by a friendly desk clerk, Diane, who had already prepared all of our room keys and written the names of the chaperones on the card holders. We rented a meeting room for our evening meal together and the hotel staff was very accommodating and had anticipated our needs. The rooms were very spacious and had all the amenities we could hope for. The room was perfectly clean, with more than enough of everything. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because to me the beds were a bit too soft, but I know not everyone likes to sleep on a rock. Several people traveling with our group commented that they had never stayed at a Home2 before, but they would definitely be staying at one again
