  Very nice and helpful people. I will stay here every time I come into nashville. It Is a very easy walk and distance to broadway and all the other attractions around. My family and felt safe while walking to and from Broadway from this location late at night.

  David was really nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice quality, big bathrooms with supplied toiletries 🙌 Lotion, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes. The couch was big too. The only con is that there’s no parking so you have to find external parking

  Love this hotel. Everything from parking/valet with David to check-in and dining has been excellent. It’s a well maintained IHG property in a good location; just a couple blocks from all the action on Broadway and close to the MCC (Music City Center). Highly recommended!

  Came in to Nashville for a work conference and was pleased to arrive, after three flights and many hours, to come to such a nicely appointed hotel with amazing staff. Met David who was kind and Tori who facilitated a much needed late check out! I will be back, for sure.

  I truly don’t have enough words for how incredible this hotel and its staff are. This was more than just a place to stay — it was a place of comfort, kindness, and safety during one of the most stressful times I’ve experienced. I was displaced because of the ice storm and arrived under horrible conditions, exhausted and overwhelmed. From the very first moment, Dylan Roberts and his entire team treated me with such compassion and care that I immediately felt at ease. A million thank-yous will never be enough for what they did. Restaurant & Kitchen: Mike and Quinn were unbelievably busy, yet they never stopped smiling or making guests feel welcome. Watching them work so hard while still being kind and patient with everyone was truly moving. The kitchen was absolutely amazing — pumping out food fast and hot despite the chaos and volume. Bodega staff: Jaiden, Navea, Donavan, and Christina were always so friendly and welcoming. I even saw Jaiden and Donavan step in to help run food later in the evening after already working all day — that level of teamwork and selflessness says everything about the culture of this hotel. Front desk: I don’t even know how to properly thank the front desk team. Danika, Nicole, and Sanya — you were the heart of my stay. You made me feel safe, seen, and cared for every single day. You turned a scary and stressful situation into something comforting and positive, and I will never forget that. Housekeeping: Alejandra and her crew were so kind and thoughtful. She always remembered me, took time to ask how I was doing, and made me feel like more than just a room number. Her warmth truly touched my heart. Every single person in this hotel genuinely cared about their guests. You can feel it in every interaction. This was the most amazing hotel experience I have ever had, and I will forever be grateful to this entire team. Dylan, thank you. Thank you so much. I will never recommend another hotel in Nashville. This one will always have my heart.
