David was nice and helpful with valet and getting our bags in the vehicle. However, be prepared to pay $65 a day apart. Also. The sports bar the staff was not helpful at all, and the food was below average. I will say the location made it easier to get around. The bed was uncomfortable and Ticking noise kept us up all night every night. I’m sorry To say we will not be staying at this hotel again.

David and Yassa were great Valet attendants. The management staff is very attentive and check up on how you are doing often which is nice. The hotel offers you to be able to check out a record player and some record during your stay. We’ve had some good interactions with the Bartenders downstairs at the bar as well. We’ll be coming back to stay here again next time we are in Nashville

There are no places to hang towels, or anything you bring. There is very little counter space. They start charging your credit card two days before you arrive. They also, charge you card every day and the receipt you get at checkout doesn't reflect the amount that's charged to your card. The one male bartender when you try to get his attention acts like he can see you. But clearly he does. The bed spread was falling apart and the lamps were low and the lighting in the room was poor. The valet people were great. They were always ready to help you.

Where to start, we were part of a conference and this hotel was hosting it. They have a convention floor on the 5th floor and most of our attendees were staying in the hotel. When I checked in I noticed some pelican cases being left unattended at the check in desk and checked to see if they belonged to any of our attendees, sure enough they did. What was bad was that the desk didnt have anyone there and the valet was off doing something leaving expensive items unattended. We had to unload the trailer in the back alley of the hotel. They have no real way to unload trailers, the back alley is a through road and you could get run over, no other way to unload a trailer safely at this location. On day one of our conference the toilets clog and fill up the 5th floor bathrooms full of sewage. The 'staff room" we reserved was pretty much un-useful for the whole day because of the smell. Took them the whole day for them to get the problem resolved. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, which initially sounded great until you realize that they didn't have staff to make breakfast for our conference. We had people waiting 38 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. That is completely unacceptable. This really didn't get any better during the week. Had a few of our attendees complain of bed bugs in their rooms. So then everyone went to check their rooms. Vendors were looking for packages/cases that were delivered to the hotel. When asked all we heard was "we cant find it". One vendor had an Air Tag in their package and it was locked in some closet. Check out was Friday, so we all left and told them we were leaving. Well, on Sunday everyone got an email that said that we were checked out on Sunday, charging us 2 days more. There are plenty of hotels in the area, I will never go back to this location again. It was issue after issue, and there was a lame excuse at the end of each one, usually blaming anything, never seeming to take responsibility. I have had enough of Holiday Inn as a chain, this experience sealed the deal for never returning to one in the entire country.

We had a great experience during our girls trip in December 2025. Hervie gave us the warmest welcome and shared tips on places to go to. He was eager to make our stay as confías possible and he succeeded. Cindy made some amazing lemon drop martinis with fresh squeezed lemons. Jason drove us to and from Broadway and was pleasant and friendly. He was quite funny and we enjoyed the free shuttle ride. The hotel is conveniently located and it’s a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it for your stay in Nashville!
