I previously would have left them a five star review, stayed here last April and loved it, great location, nice people, clean room, free parking and shuttle to downtown. Well there goes that! I was shocked to find when I just came back to book for this April that they now charge $25 a night to park. You have lost this repeat customer because of your greed.

There is a bar downstairs I can’t recall the bartender’s name, but he was extremely sweet and made sure we were comfortable. One of the biggest perks of this hotel is the free shuttle service to Broadway Street, which was very convenient and saved us a lot of time and effort. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and thoughtful amenities.

We arrived early on Christmas Eve due to a change to our flight, and Wendy at front desk was so kind and helpful and let us checkin early. Made our Christmas experience so much better despite the flight ordeal.
