  The room was pretty good, it was clean. However within a few hours of being there I had to call the front desk for maintenance to fix our sink drain which was broken. The water pressure in the sink and shower was not good at all. However, they were quick to fix the issue with the sink. The phone in our room was not working and we could not get the tv to work. The two queen beds in our room were very hard. Also having to pay almost $60 just in parking for the two nights we were there was unacceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful but all the other issues overshadow that. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.

  Wow, great place with an amazing history. Caitlin in sales is a wonderful person to work with. Helpful, knowledgeable, and so talented at what she does. Impressed!

  The place seems nice on the first floor. Breakfast was great. Elora ( hostess for breakfast) has great customer service and is very welcoming which I enjoyed. Reve, the shuttle driver, very nice and helped us on and off the shuttle. The rooms were ok but didn't look thoroughly clean. We were there 4 days and didn't get any housekeeping services no matter how many times we asked. We contacted the front desk as well, still no service. We had to go get our own clean towels. The housekeeper seemed bothered because we asked for the trash to be taken out. We spotted her in a corner on her phone. The bar area was nice. There 3 different bartenders there during the duration of our stay. All 3 of them were superb with drinks and engaging with the customers. Jordan, Justin, and I think her name was Shasta. The hotel wasn't bad but I just was a little put off about the whole housekeeping not attending to our room. It was clean since I bring my clorox wipes amd lysol but it would be nice for fresh towels and some clean sheets as we requested.

  Holiday Inn offers a clean, well‑maintained, and modern stay at a very reasonable price for the Nashville area. The rooms and common areas are clearly cared for, and the value is strong. However, the noise level is a serious issue. The walls are so thin that you can hear conversations and activity from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which makes it difficult to relax or sleep. Additionally, the male bartender at the hotel bar is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. His behavior is inappropriate for someone representing the bar and interacting with guests, and it reflects poorly on the hotel. This property has potential, but these issues need to be addressed.

  Don’t even waste your time. Didn’t get the room that I reserved, don’t even have a working fridge. Wanted to charge me for another room. 1 adult got 2 beds and couldn’t even accommodate for not getting what was paid for. Maintenance showed up. Told them to come in and they left. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s truly a waste of time. Unless you want to pay 25 for parking & for breakfast. There is nothing “free” about here. Save your money.
