This Holiday Inn never disappoints. We stay here every time we come to Nashville, and it’s consistently a great experience. The free parking is a huge perk, and the layout of the lot makes it easy to get in and out. I didn’t catch the name of the shuttle driver, but he was fantastic—friendly, prompt, and helpful. Housekeeping deserves credit as well; our room has always been spotless on every visit. A big shout-out to Shinia at the front desk—she is truly the sweetest. Always smiling, always helpful, and she makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Breakfast was great, though I wouldn’t complain if gravy showed up next to those biscuits! Alora does an outstanding job keeping everything stocked and tidy. She doesn’t let a dirty plate sit in front of you for more than a moment—she’s on top of it. More guests should tip her, because she works hard and her kindness and conversation truly made our morning. We made sure to show our appreciation. Already looking forward to our next stay in late November!

I have stayed at this hotel twice! Once while it was the Clarion Inn & again last year! Love the free parking, big rooms & the shuttle to downtown. Everything is within walking distance where the shuttle drops you off, which is amazing. The staff was so nice & the rooms were clean as could be. Very pleased with my stay & I will be staying here again when the time comes!!

I have never had an issue with Holiday Inn hotels until this trip. I drove from Georgia for a concert. I will start with the good: the location is under a 10 min drive to Broadway, free parking, there’s a shuttle, and the amenities are nice. Unfortunately, the room has been disappointing. There are stains in the bathroom and every time I laid in the bed, my body would start to react to something in the sheets. Not sure if these are bites or an allergic reaction, but nothing has happened like this to me before. Every time you walk outside, it smells like pure trash. It also tends to be very noisy here with people yelling through the hallways or loud banging. This is the one time i’ve ever had an issue with Holiday Inn. I will not be coming back to this location.

We are currently staying at Holiday Inn Nashville Downtown Stadium and booked the “Breakfast and Parking Package” for 2 nights, noting 4 adults in our room and paying accordingly. To our shock, at breakfast we were told only 2 adults are included and that we would have to pay an additional $25 USD + tax for the other two. Parking is currently free for all guests, so the extra cost of this package is literally just for 2 breakfasts. The breakfast itself is nothing special, just the standard fare we’ve had at every other Holiday Inn on our trip. What’s truly frustrating is that the limitation to 2 adults is hidden deep in the fine print. It feels deliberately misleading and borderline deceptive. We are extremely disappointed and will seriously reconsider booking any Holiday Inn in the future. UPDATE As we only had breakfast included for 2 members of our family for breakfasts, I went on the 2nd day and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food offered. The cinnamon French toast was so stale that I could not even get a knife in and would very easily break a tooth. The crossaints were stale, they had wholemeal bread labelled as artesian white bread and the gravy had no flavour. I mentioned this to.the lady working in the area who took away the stale food and said she would try to do something about it, she never returned, as we were leaving they brought out fresh crossaints and French toast. So they had it, they just was hoping everyone would eat the stale food first.. disgusting! Decent customer service would have been told offer us the fresh options, not leave it until we leave before replacing, but clearly customer service is not a strong point if this hotel. The complimentary coffee runs out they do not maintain or refill, so at 8pm.. good luck if you want one. The receptionists were the rudest we have encountered for our entire trip, they were abrupt and made it clear that they dont want to deal with guests. When checking out i requested a printout of my receipt, every other hotel has offered. This particular receptionist huffed and told me that it would be emailed, when I asked for a printed copy she told me at I had booked through a third party, which was false as I only book direct, eventually she almost threw the receipt at me.. Staff here and the deceptive pricing and disregard for guests really let's down IHG. There are so many other hotels to choose from.. the location of this one feels almost industrial.. Look elsewhere...

Horrible experience! Bathtub was gurgling and spewed brown substance that smelled like sewage during shower. Toilet was making bubbling noises for hours. Beds are hard. Front desk was rude when I tried to talk to them about the bathroom issues. Not a pleasant experience and we usually love Holiday Inn.
