We reserved a room here 1/17-1/19. When we got there we dropped our stuff off about 4 and went to dinner. When we returned about 8:45 pm the lobby was full of intoxicated adults which were the parents of a youth hockey league. They were allowing their kids to run up and down all floors, being loud, playing hockey in the hallway, beating on doors and running away. We called to complain and the front desk agent told me that the quiet hour starts at 10 and they would have to go to their rooms. 10 came and went and it got worse. Myself as well as many other customers went down to the front desk and complained repeatedly. The agent was beside herself and apologized, but couldn’t get it to stop. Said when security got there she was hoping he could help. At one point she asked us to call the cops to help. I felt that she needed to do that but she said she couldn’t. After security got there they didn’t stop it either. We finally left about 1130 pm and stayed at another hotel to get some rest. Since we paid for the weekend with our reward points, IHG refused to refund them even though we didn’t stay there. After many calls we spoke to Clarissa with triumph hospitality who promised the return of my points for the trouble. It’s now 3/4/26 and we still don’t have them. She said she can’t get them posted because the general manager has to approve it and he hasn’t! Avoid this location at all cost!

We were in town for a funeral and booked here. The check-in process was easy, and the associate was kind. When we got to our room, it seemed pretty warm, so we set the ac lower and went to dinner with local family. When we returned a couple hours later, it was even warmer. We tried to call the desk and learned that the room phone didn’t work, so we headed downstairs. Thankfully, they were willing and able to move us to a different room, which resolved the problem. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was also convenient, and the staff was kind.

The beds were okay location was nice breakfast not to good, and well honestly we checked in we all wanted a shower there was 3 of us, well our shower head was broke so we kinda had to deal with that, and water on the floor after we shower, and than someone tried opening our door at like 3 am or so, im upset because it's been 3 days and they said they'd emailed my receipt I haven't found it and they said they reimbursed some money which never came in.also when someone in you family is passing away you just want a comfortable quiet secure room

Avoid at all cost! My stay started with ground floor party of around 50 people, and music so loud it was hard to communicate to the front desk.. Got to my room, on the 5th floor, and still the pulsing of music was shaking the mirrors, and windows. This went on for hours. Tried to call the front desk on multiple occasions, to just have it ring. And ring. Finally called to make a reservation, and they picked up. Asked about the noise, and they advised it would stop at 10pm. It did stop, at 10:30pm. Then the barking dogs started in.. sounded like a kennel. I kid you not, seemed every other room had a dog.. and one goes off, they ALL go off... That was all for my stay there. But trying to get ahold of them just to get a copy of my bill, has been a 2 hour event. They hang up on customers, even the service associate got hung up on. I've tried to open a formal complaint on this hotel with no satisfaction, so this will be the avenue to warn others. I wouldn't let my annoying neighbors yappy dog stay a night here. It's too cruel. Good luck, and cheers mate!

First of all the lady at the desk was kind. But everything else was horrible. First off when I opened the door to my room I was hit with a wall of heat. It was nearly ninety degrees in my room. When I tried to turn the thermostat down the unit on the wall didn’t work. Then I went to the window unit and all it would do it turn off the heat and turn on the fan. The AC don’t kick in until ten minutes later. An hour and a half later the room was still hot. I tried to open the window just to see it was blocked in by another non opening window behind it. There is no way to get fresh air into this room. I also paid a lot extra for the room with a jacuzzi tub. The tub had pubic hair in it and when I wiped the sides down, scum cleaned off. This tub was not cleaned from the last people who stayed in this room. Also, I had paid extra for the jacuzzi tin because I knew I would be arriving exhausted from traveling all day so I looked forward to filling the tub to relax before bed. The tub has the wrong kind of spigot on it. They have a widespread lavatory faucet on this tub instead of a tub faucet. This was the reason the tub took over an hour to fill. I lost an hour of sleep waiting for this ridiculously slow faucet to fill this tub so I’d get my extra moneys worth. The icing on the cake is that the bathroom smells like someone smoked weed in it. This is easily the worst hotel room experience I’ve ever had.
