    Very nice hotel, clean rooms, and a terrific desk staff. The location is perfect for going to the Opry. Lots of local places to eat within 10 mins including Edleys BBQ and Party Fowl. Christi (i hope i spelled that right) was really great during check in.

    It is nice hotel and I wanted to book a room again for my friend today, but a man on a reception refused to say his name want a good service representative. I spoke with him at 4/20pm today. he was rude and didnt let me finish few times i tried sbd when i asked for his nake again ge kusy hang up. By his voice i can say he is not very young man. Wanted a management to know about such employees

    I was in Nashville, TN recently for a convention at Gaylord Opryland and chose this hotel as it was very close to the convention. I had a great stay here and the front desk staff, Crissi, was helpful. She helped me get a King Suite when I had only booked for a standard King room. I was there for 6 days and the bigger room certainly helped. The other staff was kind and helpful as well and honored by request for a pretty late checkout. The only thing I would like to see improved is a little variety in the breakfast options. I had breakfast only on weekdays and it was exactly the same. For a longer stay, that gets pretty monotonous and would prefer to have some variety there. The other thing was I spotted a spider's web over the bed. This is the second time I am noticing this at a Holiday Inn Express and may need to be looked at. BTW, I loved the towel decor, there were quite a few throughout the room. Thank you!
