    We were stranded in Nashville and this hotel came to our rescue. The rooms were good and the breakfast was great. The service was exceptional. Having the coffee station open at all times was good. Parking was right next to the front door and was safe. I like the fresh pancake machine the made pancakes in one minute. The AC was good as well. Thank you for a great stay.

    Tyson literally makes rounds patrolling the park lot to protect guest vehicles and the cleansing staff are fantastic. I didn’t have a stray hair or stain in my sheets. Let’s buy some microwaves for the rooms maybe lol? Don’t bother with the fridges either

    The worst service there can be. Tried to stay there during the ice storms in Nashville. Booked the place and after checking in, power was out - I was told I could get the refund and it’s been 2 weeks and these idiots haven’t refunded. Their manger Kayla Fisher has been lying to IHG customer service team that the booking system is down, which is a lie. They probably do not want to refund money and are playing around. Do not book this place. I’m an IHG platinum member and I was treated like garbage here. I can only imagine a normal person.

    I will say that the front desk customer service is good. The room was ok, it smelled a bit old and molded. So did the hallway, but hey, I was thankful it was available in a time of need. They could use an updated version of window blinds, horrible could not even raise them to look out. Old and torn. It was a couple of dead bugs one in the bath room under the sink and the window seal. I would love to suggest that more Holiday Inn Express get back to the hospitality of complimentary snacks in the lobby for there guess. I miss those days. Other than that the front desk manager and workers were wonderful, helpful and did a great job.

    One of the worst experiences of my whole life getting room I was treated so rudely I couldn’t get a manger some guy name Tysin was working the front desk didn’t know what he was doing he was very rude to me after a long 5-6 hr drive I actually made him cancel my reservation and went and got a rooom some Wea else he wouldn’t let me check in early and I was willing to pay extra he stated that he don’t know how to work the system and he couldn’t get hiss manger on the phone because she was out sick so i called corporate and they made him check me in early den he was like the card on file was deleted I paid through a 3rd party she tried to make him put the card In manually he said he didn’t know how to do that I was without a room for 4 hrs dealing with this Tysin Guy I would never stay there everrrrrrr
