Along with easy access to Interstate 40, 65 and 24 we are located just a few miles away to Vanderbilt University, TSU, Vanderbilt Medical Center, Baptist and Saint Thomas hospitals. Only 5 miles to Downtown Nashville, Fifth and Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman, and so much more. There is shopping all over Nashville, plus some of the best eateries you will find any where. Don't forget to visit the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, Titans football Nissan Stadium or First Horizon Park and see the Nashville Sounds play baseball. Last but not least the newest addition to Nashville visit GEODIS park for soccer. Other place to visit while in Nashville is The Grand Ole Opry, the General Jackson, The Parthenon at Centennial Park, Bell Meade Historic site and Winery.     Great hotel just not in the best spot. The staff was super nice. The room was in good shape, really clean and fresh. If in the area I recommend this hotel.

    The outside parking lot door doesn't accept key cards. When the front desk clerk was notified, she just rolled her eyes and said it was a known problem. I said, "Great, it's Sunday, the maintenance guy will be here tomorrow." I replied, "Amazing! I'll be here for a week and will report back." Bigger eyes roll...

    Dear IHG Hotels and Resorts and Google Reviews, Karen, Manager of this Nashville Holiday Inn Express, off White Bridge Rd on Lenox, IS INCREDIBLE! Karen saved me during the ICE STORM! If you notice I haven't given stars for rooms or service, that's because I couldn't make it to my reservation; however, neighbors did flee there and said excellent! Karen is warm, receptive, and compassionate. She resolved my issue without one second of hesitation and so sweetly! I can't get over it. It was as if she were family. IHG and all corporate, make Karen HEAD OF TRAINING FOR ALL OF YOUR PROPERTIES if you want customers. Inclement unpredictable weather will increase putting many in harm's way, needing shelter. Knowing a 'Karen " is there will be your ticket to success and my neighborhood's refuge. I pray her salary and benefits are commensurate with her exceptional skill. Thank you, Karen and BTW to the sweet gentleman who fielded my call!

    I stayed here over a week after the recent ice storm in Nashville. The room as well as common areas in the hotel were clean. The breakfast had great variety each day. Most of all the staff were absolutely wonderful!!! Everyone I encountered we're friendly, helpful and professional. The staff helped make being displaced as stress free as possible. If I am ever displaced from my apartment this Holiday Inn Express will be the first place I call.
