There aren’t enough stars to rate this location. Karen the general manger is ridiculous. I stayed here with my children and wife. Never Again!!! My kids were running just as kids do. She was very Rude to my Children. She likes to comment under here as if she’s the sweetest or is even handling business. She’s fake! And have the least care if the business even runs. The stay wasn’t bad it was her attitude that was bad. Get rid of here now!!! Worst person in the business world.

By far the worst experience with any Holiday Inn. Booking was no problem, found out last minute that there is a fee of $167 when you cancel less than 5 days. Spoke with Jeremiah who started off Rude and unable to solve any issues. Spoke with Karen who advised that she was the General Manager after asking her several of times to speak with someone who was interested in hearing my concerns she became Rude and disrespectful. She actually hung up in my face and canceled my room. Her exact words were that “ I DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS” I am requesting to speak with the property manager still. This is no way to be treated as a customer.

I was supposed to stay at this hotel, but my experience with one of the representatives and the manager, Jeremiah, made me feel completely unsafe and uncomfortable. The property itself seems nice, but the staff—especially management—needs serious training in customer service and professionalism.
When I walked in, the manager, Jeremiah, was distracted on his phone and didn’t even acknowledge me until I spoke up. Later, he became argumentative over misinformation I had received from one of his employees. The situation escalated to the point where I decided not to check in at all.
When I called later to discuss a refund and clarify what happened, Jeremiah was again rude, dismissive, and even tried to scold me instead of resolving the issue. It was one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had with a hotel manager.
Terrible experience overall. This hotel’s management team—especially Jeremiah—needs immediate training in communication, customer service, and conflict resolution.

Always stay here when I have medical appointments at Ascension St. Thomas West. Very clean rooms and a nice breakfast. Employees very friendly and the manager runs a clean hotel. I recommend it.
