- BPBrad ParadisJan 4, 20265.0We decided to stay downtown for our Nashville trip and it was a Great choice. Holiday Inn Express downtown was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Perfect location only a few blocks from the main drag but just away from the chaos when it was time to get away from it. Parking area is safe and secure. Parking is $50+ a day in the hotel additionally.

Difícil ter um que atenda 100% as expectativas, esse hotel conseguiu ser o PIOR hotel que já me hospedei . Começando pelo serviço de valet carrisimo e de atendimento pessimo (demora pra trazer o carro) Aí passamos por um café da manhã fraco ! Muito fraco e sem mesa para todos. Mas espere , se fosse só isso estaria ótimo! Quarto : Ar extremamente barulhento se ele liga vc acorda , mas como não ligar pra aquecer com o frio que está Ele liga vc não escuta nem a TV Barulho do andar de cima, corredo vc escuta tudo Barulho da rua muito alto, vedação pessima ! Serviço de quarto , horrível esqueceram de colocar toalha em nosso banheiro , demorou quase 1:30 pra trazer após pedirmos …. Resumindo FUJAM , maior pegadinha da história PESSIMO e pouco para esse hotel

The music outside is incredibly loud in the room. $55 valet parking but it was full so you have to self park in a garage 2 blocks away for $42/day. The only positive is the lady at the front desk allowed us to check out early without paying extra so we can go elsewhere. Staff was great, everything else about this place is bad.

Not worthy of the company next door and hands down not more that $75 a night room at the very best, only due to location. Make sure to bring a water bottle and plenty of your own linens.. They always run out of blankets.

Expect to pay 55 dollars a day to park in the property. Yvette dint tell you that though. The valet kid kept my car keys when I'm leaving eventhough I paid parking in full, I know he is looking for tip, but I didn't like that because he left me with the car locked, then when I asked him he is like is this your car keys.. well hello, no yours!! Breakfast is the only thing good in this place, they offer variety of good things to eat. Housekeeping need alot of work.. you can see garbage in the floors. Trash cans are full. I had to call 3 times for garbage bags for my room. This place need some good management and they will be great..
