So bad that we got up and left the hotel at 5 am because we couldn’t sleep. The shower has the most horrid water pressure, you had to run around in there to get wet. Location was good, but we wouldn’t stay here again. Do not recommend!

We are assured that they will text us when it is ready, but they didn’t have our phone number or name yet. I confirmed that they knew who we were and had a phone number. Sat in the lobby for nearly 2 hours. No text. Re-inquired about room. The front desk didn’t verify it was us by asking for an ID, never got a credit card (aside from the one on file), and handed us a room key without saying anything else. Didn’t tell us what room it was and acted completely put out by our presence. We hadn’t asked one time, complained, or anything that could appear like we were frustrated. Yet, the front desk acted as though we had caused this problem. We understood that rooms sometimes don’t get cleaned in time. But to have zero communication and to be greeted like that was unacceptable.

A young man named Adam helped me get to my room and even gave me a compliment I can’t remember the last time that happened, so I’ll take it🤣. He was professional and courteous, and it’s always nice to see staff who take a little pride in what they do. The rest of the team was welcoming as well, and the overall atmosphere was upbeat. I’d gladly stay here again.
