    Loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and well lit. The food at the restaurant was freshly made and delicious. The food was amazing. They had live music at the bar. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. Great location. They had great snacks and decor for Valentines Day.

    I stayed at the Hilton Green Hills during the ice storm. I have to especially rave about Raven, Carmen, Sulia, George, David & Michelle (restaurant), Paris, Riley, Ghassan, and Gustavo for exceptional assistance during my stay. The room was excellent and the stay extremely comfortable. Excellent job to the whole crew (including two young women in the restaurant whose names I forgot to get) at a very rough time for everyone!     We had a 2 night reservation at this hotel, which we made online. It was during a power outage, and we recognize it was chaotic for all. My husband physically waited in line to check in at 2pm. They confirmed they had our reservation and said to come back at 4pm. When we came back at 4pm, the line was 75 people long. My husband waited in line for 2 hours and 10 minutes before a manager admitted that they overbooked and had no room the rest of us in line. At this point, it was dark. They did not offer us internet to help find other rooms. Cell service was minimal. They did mention 6 rooms in Cool Springs that they could help us get, however this was a half hour drive in an ice storm and we had no gps due to the lack of cell service. It was traumatic for my family. What they should have done at 2pm is to say that they believe they had overbooked to give us a chance to solve this problem at daytime, and not in the dark with crying children. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Management put people at risk by waiting to long to acknowledge a problem that they knew that they had.

    Cordial and friendly staff, beautiful property next to Mall. Great for a night or 2 but no longer than that. Beds, bedding and pillows definitely must be replaced, old and extremely uncomfortable. We’re here for work and waking up with neck and back pains daily does not make it for a productive week.
