The valet group was amazing. Kudos to their great service. It went downhill once we entered the hotel. We went to check in to both of our rooms, but we had to wait to check in to one of the rooms. The manager on duty had to get security to verify our room wasn't occupied. I've never encountered that before. We waited in our other room ( a couple rooms over) until there was verification. The manager brought the room keys to us, which I appreciated. My son's linens was saturated with something suspect (See photo). We requested new linens which were dropped off. So we had to make the bed and have these nasty linens stay in the room. Overall the room(s) had a nice layout but you can hear the street traffic below.
Breakfast was a disappointment. $24 per person is not worth it. The food was average. The cost wasn't clearly stated and multiple people would get to a table while looking around. After talking to the wait staff and asking the price, they would get up and leave. It felt disingenuous, like I was hoodwinked. The service was pleasant, though.
Overall, too much negative. I will not stay here again.

The service was absolutely amazing here. From the front desk employees, the breakfast area, the housekeeping staff, all the way to the valet folks. Location is perfect. Clean rooms with everything you need. Highly recommend staying in a higher level to keep the noise level down. We were in room 822 and it was dead center overlooking the museum and park. Couldn't hear anything at all from Broadway. The made to order omelets were amazing as well as the breakfast service. Valet prices were a bit steep but all things considered, you're in the heart of Nashville with parking garages that would cost about the same with less security.

I'm leaving extremely happy; I give it a 10 out of 10. Everything was very clean and modern, the sofa bed and the second TV were very spacious, it has an incredible space, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh, the fruit and omelets were excellent. And the service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, from the valet parking attendants onwards. I hadn't found another place like this since the pandemic.

Had a reservation and could not attend. I reached out to speak with a supervisor or manager but Cheyerlynne insist that I speak with her and to my surprise, MADE IT RIGHT! Thank you for taking ownership and not passing my request on to someone else but handling it right away. You are truly showing the "warmth and light of hospitality" :)

This place is falling apart!! Complete waste of money AVOID THIS HOTEL! We entered our room on day 1 to find a toilet that incessantly runs, dirty sheets with clumps of human hair, the bathroom door handle literally falling off the door, the metal HVAC intake panel falling off the wall, and a fridge that smelt like weed. The "executive lounge" is a lame excuse for a lounge, with limited hours and nearly no amenities inside. The rooms are absolute dumps and this hotel should not be allowed to call themselves 4 stars. The only reason this got 2 stars was the staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying just a block or two away and paying LESS for rooms that are actually functional.
