The room was a little worn, but large and pretty good overall. There was a light switch that didn't turn on anything and the makeup mirror light was quite dim and was loose on the wall. The shower was great and had great water pressure. The sink could have used a drain clearing or something, it was slow. The soap dish had one plastic foot on the bottom so it was noisy when you used the soap. Lots of easy fixes that speak to the lack of quality control. Great location in downtown Nashville and the staff was lovely.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hilton Nashville Downtown. After arriving with a confirmed reservation, I was abruptly told that three rooms suddenly had “plumbing issues”—including mine—and that I’d need to be moved to a different Hilton across town. The replacement property was noticeably inferior in quality, amenities, and overall experience. I booked at Hilton Nashville Downtown for a reason, and being rerouted at the last minute felt like a complete disregard for my reservation, my time, and my expectations. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Instead of feeling supported as a guest, I felt brushed aside with a generic excuse. For a brand that prides itself on hospitality, this was a major letdown. I expect far better from Hilton, especially at this price point. This experience has definitely made me reconsider staying here in the future.

We stayed for a night here and chose the Park & Stay package. We booked the park-view rooms, which were clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s in a great location—just a few minutes’ walk to the Honky Tonks on Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Bridgestone area. The only issue we ran into was at checkout, when we were charged separately for parking even though it was included in our package. Fortunately, it was quickly corrected with a visit to the front desk. Overall, a good place to stay in a perfect spot for exploring the city.

Absolutely the best decision was to stay at this location. Top notch service, valet was on point, and the rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable & the shower perfect. Room service & housekeeping were responsive and quick!

I am leaving this review for Drew and the valet and security team that worked the night of the laufey concert in Nashville, My 20 year old daughter went to this concert and came over to the Hilton to wait for traffic to clear out before coming home, while waiting some drunk disgusting person began harassing my daughter and soliciting her . My daughter immediately spoke to Drew who promptly along with the rest of the valet and security team, surrounded her and stayed by her side ensuring her safety and security until she was able to get a rideshare to pick her up and leave. Drew and Team: this Dad thanks each and everyone one of you for looking out for My daughter, I know we spoke earlier in person but if you all ever need anything at all, please don’t hesitate to ask! In a increasing creepy society you all have Shown that good people still exist.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
