Counter help seem to have done a shift change right at check in, we had early check in , but at 3:20 was told our room would be ready as late as 6pm. They did change us to a different room. As we stepped off the elevator housekeeping was setting in a chair on phone, probably need break area for employees.

Me and my sister are here for a concert and we booked this hotel. I worked in housekeeping before it doesn’t take this long to clear out a room. It’s currently 1:00pm and we still have no room that we purchased and the lobby is freezing which is where we are currently waiting and have been since 9:30. Not to mention the cooks that make breakfast are extremely rude and the breakfast isn’t even that good to begin with I would rather eat at a local Waffle House before eating here.

If it hadn't been for the restaurant and the location, I would say this hotel is at best a two-star hotel. We originally came here for a business trip to the Nashville flea market, but two days prior to the trip, the flea market was canceled. We couldn't get a refund on the room, so we decided to come anyway to get our money's worth. The hotel listing on Trivago stated it was $60 a night for two people. My mother made the arrangements. Come to find out, we had to spend another $125 for a pull-out couch. To be honest, they didn't even tell us about the $125 until we checked our bank account. But the parking—that was the biggest rug pull I have ever seen. We had to pay $50 a night to park in the garage, and their elevators were not working at all. That was before the snowstorm. I know the manager is going to say it was the snowstorm that was causing all this. But let me say one thing: it was not the snowstorm. The problems were already happening before the snowstorm. We showed up two days before the actual snow came in. If you did self-parking instead of valet parking, you would have to go to the third floor to park your vehicle. I mean, besides that, it was a generic stay, I guess. The only reason we had to leave was because of the ice storm and them not sending heat to any of the rooms.

This was our first time to Nashville and it did not go well at all. I paid forand ordered two queen beds. They lied and gave me one king bed so my son's friend slept on pull out sofa bed from hell, it was horribly loud, super uncomfortable, like sleeping on glass, and broken. Thanks for giving my kid a bad experience. We got to the Hilton garden hotel after driving 12 hours and the entire parking garage was covered in one thick sheet of ice. We all slipped on the ice getting in and out of our car and walking to the elevator multiple times. Very dangerous. No salt used. Parking was $50 (crazy). No free parking for their guests. Parking garage is covered with stinky trash. The elevator was broken, so we had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with our luggage. Finally we walked into the hotel and we were not greeted by any of the staff, they were too busy talking, laughing, and playing on their phones. Very unprofessional. We get to our room and there was fresh semen on the bed. We were horrified. One of the hotel staff came and checked it out to prove it was true and after that we were just disgusted. Breakfast is $20, so we passed on breakfast. The hotel and room was so dirty. Hilton hotels have gone downhill dramatically and we will never be staying at another Hilton hotel again. We are longtime Hilton members and feel ashamed of this place. Holiday inn Express is where it's at for us from now on, we will never stay at another Hilton hotel again. Hilton has become bottom of the barrel. This was a terrible experience for our first time in Nashville and we are now leaving Nashville never to return. Thanks for ruining our first experience in Nashville.

I booked my room through Travgo for 4 night. It was supposed to be a room for two people. My son and I checked in on Jan 22nd and was supposed to check out on the 26th of January. My son went inside to get our room pass and when we got there I found out that the room only had a king sized bed, and that was it. So my son asked if they could give us a room that had a couch in it. So they gave us a room that had a couch, and a king sized bed, and because we upgraded to a room with a couch they charged us an extra two hundred dollars. Then my son comes out to my truck, and tells me that we will have to pay for parking which was about sixty dollars a day. So I had to pay a hundred and forty eight dollars just to park my car for three days. They told my son that on the fourth day we would have to pay an additional sixty dollars. Then we started to unload our bags to take to the room, and I found an old buggy to put our stuff on so I could take it up to the room, and could hardly push it.I was having trouble getting into the elevator, and finally one of the employees helped me.The rooms were very clean, but when the maid came by we would asked her for more cups for our room, but she never would give us any. Then Sunday the ice storm hit Nashville, and knock all of the power out which they couldn't help, but they had a generator, and was only warming the lobby, but not the rooms. The temperature was falling fast, so I had to check out early so my son and I wouldn't freeze.
