The breakfast is not free and there was a woman working there going around and aggressively telling people breakfast wasn't free as they were taking their first bite of the breakfast buffet. They need someone asking for a room number to charge as you walk in instead of waiting until you get your food and sit down. Yes there are signs that say how much breakfast is but they are very small (very expensive for just buffet breakfast food). The room was clean and comfortable.

While the staff was amazing, this Hilton Garden Hotel was not . We were there for 4 nights , the bathroom door , barn style could not be opened or closed , no hand soap, shower soap or shampoo was available ( bottles in room were empty) we were told there was none to be had in the hotel. There was no coffee or water available in the lobby, we did have a 1 cup kerig in the room but no creamer available. Most all the other hotels in the area had complimentary breakfast and refreshments available around the clock. No hot tub but a very small pool , not a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy . This is not a place that I would book again, sorry.

For this to be a brand new hotel, there were some things that need to be attended to. Several of the TV channels were not working and the toilet paper holder was ripped off of the wall. These may be minor things, and more detail oriented in nature, but I expected more from a brand new Hilton. The location was very convenient to the Gaylord, but only a McDonald’s nearby and no convenient drug store/grocery store. The “store” in the lobby was not very stocked and had little to offer. When I ask the front desk attendant if they had a certain product in stock, she was very short and rude. Overall experience was very disappointing.

Overall nice hotel in a great location, convenient to Opry Mills and about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville. It's a new hotel and thus has very modern features and amenities. Parking lot spaces are very compact and larger SUVs or trucks might have some trouble with accessibility. One lady at the front desk was friendly while the others never acknowledged us as we walked by. Pretty standard lobby and pool area. The in-room heating wasn't great, as the system seemed to have great trouble trying to heat up to 70-72 inside (it was around 35 outside). Also, water pressure in the shower is almost non-existent and our last day we had no hot water at all during the afternoon for showers. As a Diamond member, would probably search for other Hilton properties in the area before coming back here.

This was a nice Hilton Garden Inn! It’s a great alternative to staying at the Gaylord Opryland for an event or conference, as it’s only a few minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk. I’m not sure the area is super safe (I saw a lot of police cars). I felt fine walking around alone during the day but probably wouldn’t at night.
Highlight: the gym is so nice! The equipment is all very new and high-quality.
When I arrived, one toilet paper roll was half-used which I understand is to prevent waste but also kind of gross. Also, my soap dispenser was basically empty. The cleaning felt rushed. However, staff is quick to help! Also, a small thing, but the pillows are sooo soft/shallow; my neck hurt a bit after the first night.
