For a hotel that is less than a year old, I was disappointed. I expect Hilton properties to take care of the details, but this property does not. Nice, newer property, they just missed some big details that make or break your stay.
1. When you first arrive you are met with a parking lot full of compact parking spaces or smaller. Most of us parked every other spot, at least while we could. Can't even get into/out of car, much less try to load stuff in back seats when someone parks next to you. We were in smaller SUV, I saw trucks or large SUV's that straddled both lines when they parked. Whoever signed off on the parking spaces should be fired.
2. Toilet set to close to wall, jammed next to toilet paper rolls. Should have been centered on the space.
3. Housekeeping is every two days, something the hotel staff know, but don't tell the guests. Did not see any notice in Rooms and was not mentioned at check-in information or on Hilton website that I could find. After being out all day, coming in at 9PM, had to go back down to front desk for coffee pods other items. I don't mind bedsheets not changed or even towels, if there is a rack to let them dry. Just let your guest know this, and that we can ask for service in advance.
Room Issue: After one night, we found a large wet spot (approx. 6' area) on the carpet, near the chair that was soaked in water. It was dry underneath the AC, but front desk seems to think that is were it's coming from. Fortunately, there was a room nearby, but we had to pack up all our belongings and move rooms. Apparently, this is not a new issue. There are multiple rooms that have soaked carpet issues. Hilton needs to address this immediately, or they will have a HUGE MOLD problem.
On a positive note, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. No issues with AC, WIFI or TV. This is a good location for vising Opryland Hotel, Opry Mills Mall, etc. The area has gone down some, but we still felt safe directly around the hotel. I would not walk far from the hotel at night however.

I came here during the ice storm to seek refuge while my electricity remained out.
Brand new hotel, nice, quiet, and easy access amenities.
The only thing is there was only 1 person at the front desk the entire time I was there, and sometimes they were gone with a note that said 'helping another guest.'
I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Opryland while attending a conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. I booked my stay a bit late and this hotel was one of the overflow options provided by the conference.
The hotel was clean and accommodating, and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. When I arrived earlier in the day, my room wasn’t ready, but they allowed me to check my bags so I could head over to the conference, which was appreciated.
Later in the evenings after conference events, I spent some time at the bar and the bartender (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) was very friendly and personable, which added a nice touch to the overall stay.
Overall, a solid experience with great staff and a clean, comfortable environment

The breakfast is not free and there was a woman working there going around and aggressively telling people breakfast wasn't free as they were taking their first bite of the breakfast buffet. They need someone asking for a room number to charge as you walk in instead of waiting until you get your food and sit down. Yes there are signs that say how much breakfast is but they are very small (very expensive for just buffet breakfast food). The room was clean and comfortable.

While the staff was amazing, this Hilton Garden Hotel was not . We were there for 4 nights , the bathroom door , barn style could not be opened or closed , no hand soap, shower soap or shampoo was available ( bottles in room were empty) we were told there was none to be had in the hotel. There was no coffee or water available in the lobby, we did have a 1 cup kerig in the room but no creamer available. Most all the other hotels in the area had complimentary breakfast and refreshments available around the clock. No hot tub but a very small pool , not a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy . This is not a place that I would book again, sorry.
