I had a reservation in Jan 2026 during the ice storm. I did book non refundable room, which I understand. I called them the day before I was to check in to see if I could cancel and get refund due to the weather and the power issues Nashville was having. They (front desk) stated they were making exemptions because of the weather and would refund the money. I waited for a few days as they asked me to do. I called week later and now they stated since it was prepaid to reach out to Hilton main. I made the call, they took my information, gave me case number. Waited over 10 days and nothing. Called now and hotel is not going to provide refund and try's to blame corportate since that is who got my payment. Corporate has stated they transferred funds to that location and is up to them. I would not of cancelled my reservation if they didn't say I would gotten refund since I am just over 2 hours away and was visiting one of my work locations. This was going to my first stay at that location, since in past stay at a different one up the block. But I can say don't see me ever staying there at this point.

Bed was like poured concrete. Breakfast at restaurant buffet left a lot to be desired and costs $20. Eat somewhere else! Rooms noisy and youre right next to the highway. Sirens roughly on the hour by the hour all night!

Came for SCI show, nice within walking distance of the event. Nagwa was a huge help during getting food at the hotel; she was nice, attentive, and polite during my stay.

Rooms were ok.
Service terrible.
Elevators for parking garage didn’t work.
Breakfast service was even worse.
Took over 15 minutes to be waited on.
No one was bussing tables to clear tables for more guest to seat. Took over 30 minutes for breakfast to arrive. This was not up to Hilton standards.
Very disappointed in my first stay in the Nashville area.
Will choose another Hilton Property if I come back.
