    Location is unbeatable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only wish is that requested toiletries (toothpaste in this case) could be delivered to the room, rather than needing to go down to the front desk.

    Location was perfect I had a late flight with a long connecting flight Rather than sleep in an airport chair, I booked this hotel. It was so comfortable and literally steps away from the airport.

    We drove in from a few hundred miles away for a very early flight out, and the hotel was so convenient to the terminal we both remarked how wonderful it was to have such a comfortable nights stay and just walk right out the door and into the terminal. We will be staying here whenever we fly in or out of BNA.

    My son was flying back from Columbus, Ohio and his connecting flight was changed to Nashville. His next flight wasn’t until 7:40am and he landed at 11:30pm. His company booked him a room at the Hilton located at the Nashville airport. He is 18 and they refused to let him check-in. I called twice and spoke to Jay at the front desk and she hung up on me twice, my wife said she was also rude to her. I had my son’s employer contact them and Jay refused to help him with the digital check in. My 18 year old is now stuck walking around an airport for 7 hours waiting on his connecting flight, and will be driving home 2.5 hrs from New Orleans after being awake for 28 hours. I hope Hilton is proud of their policies. I am 650 miles away and at work, not much I can do, even with the internet it’s hard to contact other hotels when you are playing phone tag with your son, trying to guide him through his problem. Needless to say I will do my best to never give any business to Hilton again.

    My recent stay 12/2/25-12/3/25, I had a very unfortunate experience. The night prior to my arrival, I checked in and chose my room. I wasn’t able to obtain my virtual key, so I was instructed to visit the front desk. After I obtained my physical key card, my daughter and I walked up to our room and unlocked the door. Once I opened the door, I saw a male sitting at the desk across from the door and I immediately turned around and grabbed my daughter and quickly headed back to the elevators. I felt his presence try to catch up to us, but I didn’t turn back around due to being scared. When my daughter and I got back to the lobby, I explained to the lady who checked us in what had happened and she seemed confused as to how someone was already in our room when I had already checked in online prior to my arrival. She asked another employee if he had checked someone into my room and he initially denied doing it, but she showed him his name in the system checking in a different customer. She was able to check me into another room, but the damage was already done. How could she guarantee that that incidence wouldn’t happen again? I was not given any compensation for what happened. I couldn’t sleep all night out of fear that someone would be walking into my room while my daughter and I were sleeping. This has never happened to me before, and I definitely was worried/scared, especially since I was with my 11yo daughter. I filed a complaint, but nobody ever got back to me and nobody tried to fix it. This definitely could have been dangerous and I’m grateful nothing negative came of it.. but it definitely could have been. I’m not sure how 2 different parties can be checked into the same room without an alert on the computer notifying the employee. This should not be able to happen. I pray this doesn’t happen again to me, my daughter, or anyone else! I wish Hilton cared more about their members, nobody even tried to try to make things better or fix anything.
