  Had to pickup my son from a trip and stopped by the Sky Pavillon bar for a drink and dinner. Enjoyed it and a great choice when picking someone up. Ayan took care of us and we had a wonderful time.

  I always love staying here when I have an early flight out of BNA. It is super convenient. The rooms are always nice and clean. The restaurant are great. My most recent visit I ate at the rooftop bar and had Ayan as a server. He was amazing!

  My husband lost his wallet after showing ID at check in. We went back to front desk to Search. Everyone was great but the manager Katie had an issue with us looking over the counter behind the computer where you check in. We did not touch anything but apparently we were not allowed to look. I am 5.4” and just tried to lean over. Did not know that was a crime but I guess it is. Very concerning when you can’t find your husbands wallet. It means no flying. Katie was not concerned at all. Luckily we found it a short time later.

  If you have an early morning flight or if you’re flying in late you can’t beat this hotel. It’s at the airport. There’s a skywalk that connects you to the terminal that drops you right in front of TSA. The rooms can be a bit pricey, but everything in Nashville is. Sometimes you have to pay for convenience.

  Stayed here for 3 days for a business trip and the customer service is horrendous. First off we asked for double room for 2 people. They put us in a king bed room with a pull out couch. Second the couch was placed at the window and the tv was in front of the bed. So we couldn’t watch tv at night unless we both sat on the bed. There is no over head light in the main bedroom area only one small dim side lamp and a desk light. So you have to get dressed in the bathroom or mini hallway for light. The desk is crammed in the corner between the bed and the couch. The chair is hard and sunk in the middle where a cushion should be. The bathroom sink faucet is 3 inches back from the sink side so you can’t wash your hands without making a complete mess with the water. Housekeeping stacks dirty linen from used rooms on the hallway tables. They do not restock occupied rooms. When asking for extra towels or coffee supplies they said lobby and pointed to the elevator. The noise from the hallway is disturbing when housekeeping is cleaning rooms or people are going in/out of their room near by. The ac/heat will not run to keep the room comfortable. It’s too hot or too cold. As far as the restaurants, food is limited and everything is $17 and up from salad to entrees. When we went to the bar downstairs for lunch and supper both times we were ignored by the server/cook and possibly a manager. They stood at the opposite end chatting while watching us waiting to order. After 10 min of standing there they finally asked if we had been waited on. They saw us walk in and knew we hadn’t ordered yet. Again limited menu but high prices and bad customer service. The prices are high for small portions and simple flavors. Plus they expect tips for standing around talking. Will not return for over night stays. Choose the hotels outside the airport area save your money and actually enjoy your visit to Nashville. Zero stars is the best review 😡
