We were there for a family members stay at Vanderbilt hospital. Very homey, very comfortable. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy. Personally, the bed was a little too firm for me, but I would go back here regardless. Very nice continental breakfast with waffle makers cereal, eggs, sausage, a variety of breads, yogurt and fruit. Plenty of juices coffee and teas. Two different fireplaces to hang out by and plenty of seating. There is a very well stocked nook - 2 coolers full of beverages and snacks. A wall full of more snacks and odds and ends of toiletries and other items you might need traveling so you don't have to make quick trips outside for necessities. There were 3 heated coffee dispensers and a hot water dispenser for tea. It seemed very well thought out to keep travelers comfortable.

Thank you Lisa and Rachel!! I brought 16 people in from out of town, and these two ladies made sure we had everything we needed in the sleeping rooms and meeting rooms. Rachel was there at 7AM to open the conference room and bring our coffee and snacks we requested. The hotel is in a great location and really taken care of. The breakfast was fresh and hot each morning with lots of variety. The sleeping rooms were updated and very clean (even the shower curtains!!). The lobby/breakfast area is very inviting and we used it each evening when we were there. The large center table has outlets which came in very handy. There is a mall and a couple restaurants within walking distance which was a huge plus. Not far from downtown and about 20-25 minutes to the airport (in good traffic). We were in the glass-enclosed conference room on the top floor. It served us very well because of the larger size and temperature controlled. Just know if it's a day with full sun and no clouds, the light will shine through the ceiling. It didn't bother us, but some people may not like that. I would absolutely and most definitely recommend this hotel.

Don't stay here. The location is sketchy and the guy at the front desk told me there are drunk people in the parking lot all the time.
