Was charged for a movie that I never watched. Also booked online for $245.48 but arrived and charged different total fee of $270.47 This reservation was 2/6/2026 and have attempted to rectify several times with phones calls and online submission. I am a Hilton member- not high status but have been a member for 6+ years. Disappointed.

This hotel is in the heart of downtown yet it feels like a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Clean rooms, delicious hot breakfast bar, and attentive staff. Brady was the valet who greeted us and explained we were more than welcome to park there before checking in and take advantage of exploring Nashville. He was super helpful and kind. Sweet Debbie at the front desk checked us in way early and was so kind. I would definitely stay here again! One block away from the Country Music Hall of Fame. Martin’s BBQ Joint is just across the street. Ole Smokey Distillery is a couple blocks away and Broadway and the Ryman are easily accessible by foot. Very close to Bridgestone Arena. Walked to a hockey game.

Had high hopes for a good experience with this hotel however sadly it was not what we had expected. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the front desk lady. Unsure of her name but she is a dark skinned, shorter, heavier set middle aged women who had dark hair in a tight slicked back bun. Unfortunately we had multiple experiences dealing with her and her horrible demeanor that were not pleasant. When I or any of the people I traveled with had the unfortunate task of having to speak with her we greeted her with smiles and kindness which was not reciprocated. She could barely bother to even look in our direction or acknowledge us just stare at us with a cold gaze. After a few moments of us waiting for her we decided to break the awkwardness and had politely asked for more waters. She did not respond instead rudely turned around and started retrieving the water. Even after the cold encounter I still thanked her so much for the assistance but this lady could not muster an ounce of kindness. Once again just meeting our eyes with her cold very unwelcoming gaze. It was incredibly rude to be having a one sided conversation with somebody whose job is suppose to be costumer service, and hospitality. Later on that day we had called the front desk to ask for new pillow cases as 3/6 of our pillows had black mold on them. We had called the front desk to request new pillows when somebody had a chance not wanting to be an inconvenience and being very understanding. Which I must preface the women who was working at the time and awnsered the phone was very kind ensuring that somebody would be up right away to help. Thus indicated it was definitely not the girl from the morning. Alittle while later when the cleaning staff had come to give us the pillows, they did not knock or introduce themselves in anyway. Instead just manually unlocked our door, and swung it open with no warning. Then chucked a black bag into the room and then slammed the door shut making us all very uneasy and nervous in the moment. Going back to the black mold situation at quick glance the rooms look clean however when taking a closer look under the toilet seat had horrible stains and it looked like it had never been cleaned before. The stains and mess of whatever substances left under the unclean toilet seat was a nauseating site to all of us. And if you want save yourself the trouble of being sick I wouldn’t look under the mat in the shower.

Shockingly poor hotel and service Difficult to believe the positive reviews. Notable is the number of positive comments on 3rd party Valet, which feel like fake. Key issues 1. Water out for 12hr, poor communication, no hint of migration, ie supply of water bottles for drinking water 2. Strong smell of sewage on my floor, spoke to reception, response; “oh, someone else said that” Me, “ so are you doing anything about it” Reception, “not really” 3. Advertised laundry service not operated, reception, “the machines broken”. Me, “what are the alternatives”. Reception, “ you could go around other hotels and ask if they will do it” - the response I would have expected is, we have organised another hotel to do it and just leave it with us ! 4. No international charging adapters.. it’s close to a very large international conference venue.. not all the world lives in the US 5. No umbrellas for guests. “We haven’t had them for a month - it’s winter in Nashville! 6. Dark rooms 7. Very worn furniture in public areas The worst hotel experience in 100 + hotels in the past 4 years I don’t want some bland acknowledgment of this .. there is a systematic management failure

AVOID THIS PLACE! The location and friendly staff are about the only redeeming qualities. The Lobby bathrooms were foul, the furniture in the lobby is ripped cracked and stained like it came from a yard sale., The rooms are outdated with quite odd layouts. The bed did have clean sheets, but the toilet didn’t flush right, and the water pressure in the shower was abysmal. I observed an underlying layer of filth - baseboards were gross, mold in the bathroom shelves and commode, I could go on and on. As a Hilton Honors member I was pretty disappointed. A hotel like this is worth maybe $70 a night, not over $200. It’s like a motel 6.
