Rooms are outdated, sink was completely clogged, view of a brick wall and air conditioners, outdated electrical switches, no bar fridge, lame coffee maker and a beat up homeless guy lying in the stones right outside the entrance..for the $978 CDN paid for two nights wouldn't recommend at all.

Like many other guests who booked stays here on points, I noticed an unexpected charge on my credit card for $128.92 a week after checking out, despite my final invoice showing a balance of $0.00. I received no communication from the hotel about this charge, and they have not replied to any of my inquiries. I incurred no incidentals during my stay and did not have a car. This is a completely fabricated and unauthorized transaction and amounts to theft. I am disputing the charge with my credit card, but this hotel needs to be investigated and punished for its deceptive and unlawful business practices. As you will see in other reviews, this is not an isolated incident!
- JPJohn PNov 10, 20252.0The hotel room was not clean, especially when I pulled the non-slip mat out of the tub to run the bath, it was disgusting with grime underneath, that tub must have not been cleaned properly for months then that got me looking, I don't think the room had been properly cleaned for weeks. I will be in Nashville for work over the next two years, and this is where I plan to stay. No chance now I will find another hotel that I can visit weekly. Very disappointed.
