Great location for going to Bridgestone Area, Ryman auditorium & country Music museums. Staff gave helpful tips on nearby restaurants, & Gerson was helpful when retrieving our car that had been valet parked.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I’m really disappointed with the condition of my room. The overall quality feels far below what I expect from this brand. The lampshade is broken, the wall paint is chipped, and the ceiling paint is peeling. The bathroom shelves are cracked and cheaply made, and there aren’t even trash bags in the cans, which makes the room feel poorly maintained. The room is also extremely small: about half the size of the same exact room type I stayed in at another Hampton just last night. The Hampton I stayed at the night before was in much better condition, was significantly larger, and actually cost less than this stay. The difference in quality is very noticeable. The TV setup is another disappointment. There are no streaming options available, and it costs $25 just to watch a movie, which feels outdated and overpriced. To be fair, the room does smell clean, and I really appreciate that I was able to secure the exact room type and location I wanted on short notice. Building location is good, close to Broadway, and they have free breakfast.

This hotel is walking distance to Broadway. Hotel staff is very friendly. Room service is prompt and breakfast was great. The hotel was full and very busy at breakfast time. There was sufficient staff to serve the amount all breakfast guests. They kept the coffee hot and the buffet full. The valet staff, Gerson was friendly to talk with about my Nashville experience.

Great location near Broadway, but this hotel could use some work. Our room had an extremely loud shower and squealing noise when you flushed the toilet. It also would randomly make loud noises during the night when not in use. The breakfast was subpar with basically only waffles, some sausage/eggs and white toast. There were no pastries, bagels, muffins, or fruit or any kind…this meant the line for waffles was so long each morning. Also, the waffle batter machine was broken so the lid was left open with a spoon in it. This felt quite unsanitary to me in the peak of flu season. The furniture in the lobby was very worn out as well. Staff was friendly and location was great, but would not stay here again.

Clean hotel in a good location. I spent one night here on a layover. Checking in was quick and easy. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The whole property was very clean considering how busy the hotel was. The bed was comfortable, the internet was good, and the hotel is in a great location near lots of food and entertainment. A few problems soured my stay. First, I booked the hotel months in advance but could only book a Double Queen room. There were literally dozens of Dbl Queens available, why? Second, the TV picture was very blue; if you watched anything dark it was hard to see. Third, the real nail in the coffin, the shower lacked water pressure and would not get hot. Fourth, a minor inconvenience, the laundry was out of service. Ultimately, the shower is going to keep me from coming back.
