There was only 1 person the entire time I stayed that was a good representative of the company and it was a guy at the front desk. Other than that, completely horrible experience. They had a sanders or some sort of equipment running all day and all night in the room next door or close by, the breakfast I almost don’t even want to get started on but absolutely disgusting. It was a running joke with one of the workers I was with that it was Egg soup. Unless you eat the toast only. Don’t eat the breakfast. Also the guy that takes care of the breakfast watches you like a hawk like he is paid for the breakfast your eating which is really uncomfortable. On top of all this. I was in the elevator going down from my room one night to go grab some dinner. As I’m on my way down, a lady and her husband is coming down as well. They said “you wouldn’t believe what just happened” I said what happened. She said “ we just checked in and they gave us a room and we walked in and there was a naked man” This hotel gave this woman a hotel room that was already booked and the poor man, god only knows what he was doing. I seriously think you should re think before booking this hotel. Never again will I stay. Would give it 0 stars on experience but the rooms were decent for the price, food is horrible and staff is horrible except the one guy from my experience. Overall the 1 star I’m giving is because the rooms were ehhh acceptable, and the one guy that was decent. If you do stay, watch out for the FOOD POLICE

Excellent layover stay near the Nashville airport. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, but I would recommend Jalisco! The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. They are undergoing renovations, but I didn't notice anything. I will definitely stay here again for a safe comfortable overnight.

This trip was less than anyone would have wanted or expected. The manager did their best to smooth over the issues we had, but when there was a billing issue over a month later, the woman that works the desk was rude, disrespectful, and absolutely no help. Shockingly, we were the ones who made the best of everything thrown at us and later found a charge and no late fee, but she was raising her voice at us, telling us we should have known, and the events that happened would have never happened. We arrived and upon check-in were informed the hotel is under construction and the suite we booked is unavailable. No one called ahead of time, and they had no viable solution in mind. We were traveling with 5 people: Mom, Dad, and 3 grown college kids. Trying to make the best of things and having nowhere to go. I recommended giving us 2 rooms so everyone could still have a place to sleep. They agreed but could not put us near each other. Not a huge deal, just not convenient. We arrive at our room, and the keys do not work. They remake the keys a total of 4 times for each room until they admit they have been having issues and we would need to be let in our rooms. We were told they would contact someone and get it fixed. We went out for the evening and came back exhausted and had to be let in. Come to find out, they were unable to get anyone to look at the issue for a few days. So, every time we left, someone had to escort us back to our rooms and let us in. Again, not huge but inconvenient. When we checked out, we had prepaid for our room, and we were informed that our balance was zero. We don’t think much about the trip until we get a notification from our credit card company over a month later that we missed a payment. The hotel charged us $5.00 for parking after we checked out. The late fees are 6 times the amount charged. When I called about the charge, I told the front desk we did not have a great stay and now had a bill that we were charged late fees for and asked if she could help us. This is when it went downhill fast. I had never raised my voice or blamed anyone. The woman began aggressively telling me I should have looked at my credit card statement because it is not their fault I received a late fee. When I tried to ask another question, she interrupted me and then claimed I never said things I did say. She just continued to get louder. I asked her why she was getting an attitude with me; she proceeded to tell me that it was because I called and asked about a fee. He never apologized or even acknowledged the situation sucked. She then asked if I actually read the website. I just stopped and asked to speak to the manager. She told me he was not in and did not know when he would be so I could try later.

Allen is the GM. He was Awesome!! He was dealing with a lot of challenges during the ice storm. He took care of the problems and the guests like a Champion. Shania and Perlida did a great job checking us in. They all had smiles and a great attitude during all the problems that they were dealing with. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here during an ice storm that basically chose chaos, and somehow this hotel still delivered excellence. From power hiccups to travel delays, the storm threw everything it had at the staff—and they never flinched. Every team member with was calm, kind, and focused on taking care of guests, even while dealing with conditions way beyond anyone’s control. They found solutions instead of excuses, and somehow managed to stay upbeat through it all. It would’ve been understandable if things felt strained or disorganized, but instead the staff absolutely shined. You learn a lot about a place when things go wrong, and this team proved they’re the real deal. Huge appreciation to everyone who showed up, stepped up, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. Would happily stay again—preferably without an ice storm, but still with this crew. ❄️✨ Thank you to everyone with a special shout out to Alan for being the rock of the property!
