I am truly disgusted and disappointed with this facility. I came to this hotel and spent 2 nights in Nashville, we drove about 13 hours and parked at the hotel. The rooms were some what clean and the noise at night was awful. The morning of checkout we packed our things and went to the front desk to checkout. Everything seemed normal, I walked outside to a note on my windshield. As I got closer I noticed that my drivers front window had been smashed open and there was glass everywhere. There was a worker outside and told me that a bunch of cars were broken into about 2:30 in the morning. The fact that the facility had my information to get a hold of me and didn’t call me, the room, or come knock on the door to alert me and left my vehicle and my belongings now unlocked all night until we checked out is absurd. This facility should be ashamed of themselves, I will not be returning back to this hotel

Easy access to BNA airport and Hwy40. Service was fine, room was adequately furnished. My only disappointments are: the in-room coffee service is horrible. All other Hilton properties provide better coffee options. The days of non-dairy creamer packets are gone. The pillows are too small and the connection room door was to a housekeeping closet that the light was left on and shone underneath all night.

Due to some negative activities at the hotel we initially booked, our group canceled our stay and relocated here. Great choice! The staff here were courteous, entertaining and user-friendly to our already frustrated group. On our last day in town, we were not done with the Nashville experience, so upon check out the staff provided concierge luggage storage; we were very appreciative. 🙏🏾 * It's worth noting that parking lot security remains in the area until sunrise.

The room is nice and the location to the airport is great. I had the fire alarm in my room start to chirp due to a low battery. This happened at 10 PM and when I called the lobby I was told they would try to find a maintenance person who could address it. They did not have a maintenance person on call and so the entire night I had to try and sleep with a chirping fire alarm. The hotel was 100% booked and so I could not move rooms. I was told there was nothing they could do and to try and sleep the best I could. Never staying here again, a hotel this size should be able to get a maintenance person to rooms to address issues 24/7, especially when the hotel is at capacity and people can’t move rooms. I am very loyal to Hilton brand, but this hotel is officially off my list.

Without a doubt, this was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was filthy — I couldn’t even relax because I was itching all night. There was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom floor, and the ceiling was stained with water damage. Everything felt grimy and neglected. The pool was supposedly “closed for maintenance,” but in reality, it was pitch-black and disgusting. This place should be shut down until it’s properly cleaned and maintained. Absolutely revolting.
