    The front desk attendant was not at all friendly when we checked in. The rooms are clean enough but the beds are old spring mattresses which are not at all comfortable. Rooms have the bare minimum and they do not even have a bottle of water. Super friendly attendant when we checked out, especially for it being 5am! Would not recommend based on this experience however it is really conveniently located to the airport however there are several other places to choose from in the same area.

    Zero cleanliness in the gym. Temp in the gym was 60 degrees. No sanitizing wipes.

    Was fine, I'd stay here again but the place definitely shows signs of age. Staff was super friendly and welcoming so I give them a 5! Breakfast food quality was low to medium, but the dining area had plenty of room.

    This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Hilton property. I have 2 decades of Hilton stays and this place is enough to make me leave Hilton !!!!

    I am truly disgusted and disappointed with this facility. I came to this hotel and spent 2 nights in Nashville, we drove about 13 hours and parked at the hotel. The rooms were some what clean and the noise at night was awful. The morning of checkout we packed our things and went to the front desk to checkout. Everything seemed normal, I walked outside to a note on my windshield. As I got closer I noticed that my drivers front window had been smashed open and there was glass everywhere. There was a worker outside and told me that a bunch of cars were broken into about 2:30 in the morning. The fact that the facility had my information to get a hold of me and didn’t call me, the room, or come knock on the door to alert me and left my vehicle and my belongings now unlocked all night until we checked out is absurd. This facility should be ashamed of themselves, I will not be returning back to this hotel
