No ice on second floor (machine was off). Rooms, bathrooms and general updating would be an excellent idea. Kind staff and accommodating to Vanderbilt patients. Clean rooms just outdated. Very nice gym. No microwaves.

Friendly staff. Entire hotel in desperate need of a gut and remodel. Quite worn, dated and smelly. Definitely not sound proof. You can hear everything in the hall, with large gaps in the door. We did not have a comforter but rather a stiff mattress cover on our bed. Was not told breakfast was in basement so we missed it the first morning. However, we slept each night and it served it’s purpose.

Catching up late on my reviews but wanted to make sure I posted this one. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Nashville/Vanderbilt from October 10th through October 14th, 2025, and I want to recognize Natasha, the housekeeper who took care of our room. She brought great energy every day, always warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. The room was spotless and perfectly kept throughout our stay, and it was clear she takes real pride in her work. People like Natasha make a hotel stay feel welcoming and cared for. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasure!

Don’t stay here unless you want bug bites and excuses. My daughter and her dad just got moved to a different room after bites and seeing these in their bed. Pathetic for a Hilton property. I’m a diamond member and clearly it doesn’t matter

Not sure why so critical for the most economical place in the city. Areas worn, sure. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Location was convenient to everything and staff were helpful.
