Firstly, this place will nickle and dime you every chance it gets. The room was $150/night and breakfast was not included, but you could add it for an additional $20/night. Then at the very end they hit you with taxes and 'fees' that are not itemized that were another $125. Parking is not included and they wanted an additional $85 for 2 nights. At this point we were at almost $600 for 2 nights and you can get so much more for this price elsewhere. Secondly this place is disgusting. There was mold in the shower and on the sink counter that looked like it was attempted to be covered by a shotty caulk job. The bathroom light wouldn't turn off the entire stay. Thoroughly did not enjoy my experience and will not be returning ever.

Great location near Vanderbilt Medical Center. Make sure to ask for the parking code prior to paying. (Free for patients staying at the hotel), otherwise parking is pricey. Hotel is in a severe need of a refresh. Banged up walls, elevator thresholds, worn/dirty carpets in hallways. While a value hotel - Hilton should do better to keep them in better shape.

Nice place, decent breakfast. However to be charged a additional $35 with taxes and fees $41 for parking in the parking lot on the property. Almost criminal. Middle America. Don't be fooled by a decent rate. They get you with parking your car. Sad.
