Pretty much forced to use valet which is insanely priced and takes FOREVER to get your vehicle. $65/night charge! And you have to go through an app which is convoluted. Rooms were not that clean when we showed up. Also only one elevator was working on departure and had to wait over 20 minutes to get our luggage downstairs.

Waste of money truly, the rooms were extremely dirty. The lobby area was cute but that’s about it. No amenities available in the rooms either. I don’t even think my towels were changed and there was blonde hair on the floor. (I have black hair) the valet is just pure scam charging people 65$ to park in the hotel AND he took 30 minutes to retrieve our car and they request tips everywhere. On top of that the little cafe they have just extremely rude people. Like it’s aesthetic for 5 seconds than you start seeing everything wrong with it. Don’t come here, save your money and book somewhere else.

They are completely unwilling to make any accommodations due to the government shutdown. I think that’s just ridiculous. Yes, I booked a non refundable room but I’m not even asking for a cancellation but at least allow me to make a change to the dates so that I can get back to work after the government shutdown. They are being unreasonable to even consider working together. I won’t stay there the next time we are in town.

As first-time visitors to Nashville and Tennessee, we chose this hotel because it stood out visually from the rest. The vibrant exterior and colourful interior design immediately caught our eye, and check-in was quick, though lacking in basic information. Our room featured a bold, luxurious carpet and several inviting design touches. However, on closer inspection, many high-contact areas appeared worn and in need of refurbishment. The black bathroom design was striking, but noticeable scuffs on the walls and door frames detracted from the overall look. We visited the White Limousine Bar to use our $20 credit, which unfortunately barely covered a single cocktail. The bar itself had a pleasant atmosphere and a chic Dolly Parton style design, but service felt forced and disengaged. Staff seemed more focused on closing duties than guest experience, so we left after one drink. Housekeeping was inconsistent — the room wasn’t serviced the first day (we had to request towels), and on the second day, the room was cleaned but amenities such as shampoo, bottled water, and sufficient towels weren’t replaced. Again, these had to be chased. We later discovered that the $20 credit must be used on the same day or it expires, which isn’t clearly explained. At checkout, we were also charged the wrong nightly rate, though this was corrected after we queried it. Overall, while the hotel offers a fun and visually distinctive aesthetic, the service and attention to detail fall short of expectations for the price point and brand. We’d happily return to Nashville, but not to this property — and perhaps not to The Graduate brand as a whole.
