Great room decor 😍 and lobby has lots of space to meet people and hang out. Guests are encouraged to put breakfast etc. on room tab. Fees for everything! TIP: Just pay tab as you go and skip gratuities.

Alan knew the fun five like I have never seen before. He was so polite and his curly hair was the best part of my day.

The place was quite lovely! We had a corner suite with a great view and went up for brunch at the White Limozeen before we left. My only complaint is that a few of our lights had LED bulbs that were going bad (they started flickering relentlessly after being in for a while).

The location and room is fantastic. HOWEVER, when you book keep in mind you will pay resort fees twice. Once at booking and again at check out. So many hidden charges after check out. I am long time Hilton Rewards member and I have never experienced a more deceitful way of charging “resort fees”. They will tell you up front you are being credited an amount to use daily while never explaining that it isn’t actually a credit at all. It is your resort fee again! I am putting a claim in with Amex, but the worst part was dealing with Resort Manager, Shanika. All she could say was it is in your confirmation email. I just checked, it is NOT. No where does it say I pay the resort fee twice. I am never staying here again, and anyone who does should be aware of this unthical way of conducting business. People should be properly disclosed at check in what these fees are. This is just dirty tactic this hotel uses to make sure you spend more at their resort. So keep that in mind when booking you will spend 100s more between parking and resort fees. Stay away and stay at a more honest establishment. Hilton should really look into this hotel and its management because judging by its past reviews it’s been a lingering problem with many other guests. The manager doesn’t care, and basically hung the phone up on me. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior. The reviews and bad experiences will continue to hurt this hotel that had potential to be a great stay for me and my family.

Our family came to Nashville for the New Year and Anniversary. At arrival Jalen was so welcoming and sent over some goodies for our room. He was very helpful throughout our stay between holding bags or just being friendly and informative. He has been the best customer service we have had at a hotel. We also went to White Limozeen one evening and Tobie, the manager was terrific! They had just closed the kitchen and she was able to still let us order some food.
Overall we had the best customer service and the location was terrific being 10 mins from Broadway, the Gulch or 12 south. Very centrally located and only 15 mins from the airport. I highly recommend!
