Great place to stay and the valet service was fantastic! Aland and Lexi were phenomenal and took excellent care of making sure our car was well taken care of! Super easy to get around with the help of the valet service!

Good parking. Close to a drug store. Close to highway. Minimal traffic. Nice atmosphere. Both restaurants inside the hotel require you to be 21 to enter. We had to get take out since my daughter is 20. I was not happy about that. The food was good though. Not good water pressure but not the worst either.

The shower pressure is lack luster. The bathroom has no place to put your toiletries whatsoever. The rooms are functional for sleep only. When you walk in the room you would expect that when you flip the switch on the wall that it would turn on the lights? You'd be wrong if your answer was yes. The bathroom has a spot for the exhaust fan but, yeah that doesn't seem to work either. If you need a place for your trash, your out of luck unless your staying like 6 hours. Trash can is about the size of a gallon of milk. Parking is available if you wanna pay $50 overnight. Overall probably the most OVERPRICED underwhelming place I've ever stayed.

location is great and rooms are very nice. 4 stars overall because some of the staff are hostile, but I can tell the general manager is definitely a good guy and went out of his way to help me solve my issue. Best to keep a low profile here because when you are dealing with some of the front desk and food and beverage staff, they can’t think at a high level and become frustrated very easily. example: there was a miscommunication at the front desk that food and beverage manager Savannah overheard. She then declared that I am rude and so she’s not allowing the kitchen to make me breakfast. Clown behavior but sometimes u just gotta take it. Also one of the night auditors is a total geek so recommend avoiding him.

Parking: $64/night!! $128 total for the 2 nights I was there. I could've never imagined that. Honestly... I would've not taken that work trip had I known that was the only parking option. They don't warn you; you get there and they just tell you it's the only option. Then, the whole process to pay for the parking is extremely deceptive around the price gouging. You pay via a QR code and they don't reveal the price. I've never had such a terrible parking experience.
