    Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Parking was good, decent location, and overall value was good. My only complaint was the shower door, it doesn’t latch just sits against the plastic and if you bump the door it gets water all on the outside of the shower. The amenities were good and staff was friendly.

    The hotel is pretty nice and comfortable at a convenient location for those traveling. The service was absolutely awful. I arrived and the front desk was empty, I had to call the help desk of the chain to get someone to show up after almost 10 minutes. The boy that comes in doesn’t apologize, is rude and condescending. When I told him I had been double charged he replied “yeah, and ?” among other things. The girl at the front desk when I did checkout barely looked up from her phone. Maybe invest in hiring some proper service industry staff instead of unprofessional teenagers so the customers can have a good service at a hotel that has everything to be great otherwise !

    This is BW newest concept budget chain but they went overboard with the tackiness feature with Glo. The budget aspect screams here with just enough done right but not a bit more to make the experience will warm or comfort. rooms are modern and clean and so is lobby. hot breakfast is very average. location is not close to any amenities but there is a Cstore nearby

    Stayed here and shortly after check in, the couple in the room next to us started fighting. Imagine trying to sleep while objects are getting thrown around, a man is shouting, a woman is screaming, then she’s shouting about how he punched her in the eye, and he’s daring her to call the police, and then she’s crying and calling him “barely a man”. This all happened between the hours of 10:30pm and 3:00am. I called the front desk and asked them to intervene. The commotion continued for another 30 minutes. Finally I called the front desk again, and their response was “we tried calling their phone. They didn’t pick up, so there’s nothing we can do.” Great! How about calling the police? After realizing that this couple next door was not planning on sleeping tonight, we finally packed our bags and went down to front desk. We asked the man at the front desk to call the police, and he looked away into the distance and went silent for about 45 seconds. We said, “hey, the police?” He said, “oh sure… later.” We told him that we were checking out to find somewhere else to sleep and asked for our money back. He said he couldn’t do that personally, but said if we talked to hotel management they would sort it out. We then contacted management through trip.com (where we booked it) and were promptly denied. I think it’s shameless that they would refuse to give us our money back, especially considering that we were in the room for only 4 (sleepless) hours. Needless to say, our stay here tonight was absolutely terrible. Go somewhere else. And customer service team, when you inevitably read this, you know how to make it right.

    Ideally located for late night arrivals at BNA. Just 5 minutes from the terminal. Newer construction so the facility is in excellent condition. Very clean rooms, attractive, with plenty of lighting and a large screen television. My first Glo stay and it was comparable to a Hampton Inn with a nice breakfast spread, plenty of seating, and a bright, airy lobby/dining area. I made a very good choice here and would definitely stay again if I'm looking for a place close to the Nashville Airport.
