  Very pleased…clean, modern with friendly service. Ideal location for flying out with shuttle to airport.

  Love the contemporary design! I would give this a 5 star if our mattress was firmer, way too soft for our backs. The check in gal was awesome! Breakfast had good selections, and I appreciated skim milk.

  Where to start!? I am a mother of 3 boy and 4 dogs. We live in Nashville TN . We were hit with a winter storm and lost power to our home. Sunday night our house went done to 35 degree’s. I called around and found this hotel , I called to book a reservation! Soon calling I asked if they had power and heat. The women put me on hold came back and stated yes ma’am we have both power and heat! I said oh thank god we will head over. The drive was so scary no lights and ice all over! Took us 35 min to make a 15 min drive . Soon arrival I noticed no lights were on but people were pulling up with us! I walked into a pitch black building where three men were standing who worked for the hotel. They were taking to a women and her baby as she is crying she just took an ubor here and she called ahead and was told they had power! As we started talking another women wake up stating what’s going on? I told her they have no power she said I called from the airport and they told me they did bc my plane was canceled. I asked the gentlemen what’s going on why would you tell people you have power and why are u even talking reservations !!? He said h don’t talk to me ! I said I want a refund now! I paid 300.00 the man stated they do not take cancellations!!! What!!!! Then I asked for a manger and I was told no manager is on site ! This place should be shut down!!! I called the reservation and customer service number the next day after I found a warm hotel for me and my babies ! The women on the phone told me after I explained what happened “sorry u feel this way” I said feel what way!? That u are scamming people !? I then asked so are u still taking reservations !? She said if we have rooms open yes we continue to book. So I said wait u know there is no power and u will be taking reservations still? She stated yes!!! And they did not give me my money back! I just contested this with my bank! This is discusting!!! U people should be shut down! Shane on u!!
