  This hotel is NOT to four seasons standards.. me and my fiancé stay at four seasons very often. We left our room key in the room and came back around 1am from broadway the hotel was completely shut down no way to get in. The janitorial staff tried to use his key to let us in and it was not working and he went in 3 times and tried to explain to the front desk. The lady named CAROLINE at the front desk saw us and waved a key card around at us very rudely and we tried to say we forgot it but she rolled her eye, ignored us, and walked to the back. We waited another 10 minutes, in the cold, tried to wave to the front and the security came out, we explained the situation, were visibly upset and complained about the front desk lady. Instead of apologizing he told us if we get any complaints… —why would we? I’m not sure.. — but we will be removed from the property. He also followed us up to our room. We were nice to him and apologized for being upset - to calm the situation, we did nothing wrong- and went to our room. This is extremely upsetting and not what we expected from this company. However the concierge named audrey was very helpful and very friendly earlier in our stay. Again this is unacceptable for a hotel of this “standard” EDIT: The hotel reached out to apologize, citing their security standards which I guess is to lock guests out at night? I have stayed at many 5 stars hotels across the world and that has never been a standard anywhere including four seasons but at this point I think my concerns just fall on deaf ears by the management here. If they are worried about safety Id expect them to have a doorman at night as most other places have especially on the weekend in Nashville, and also not have your front desk workers wave off guests standing outside in the cold... Not sure why they wouldn’t expect guests to come back a bit later on a Saturday night and that it would be impossible for their key to be forgotten or misplaced. Still won’t be staying here again and don’t recommend it to anyone else.

  We spent a long weekend at Four Seasons Nashville and everything was exceptional from check-in to check-out. We've stayed at a number of higher end hotels in Nashville and this was by far our best experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, meal choices were excellent, the gym was very well equipped, etc. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville. Thank you.

  What’s to say… it’s the Four Seasons! Luxurious and clean. The room service was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable and everything I’ve come to un expect from the four seasons. The pool area and gathering area are perfect.

  Not impressed. Room is tiny. Location sucks since it is overlooking some amphitheater that had our room vibrating from the bass from whatever concert was happening. You would think they’d give you a heads up about that when you check in. The bar was ok- bar menu could use a change- not great choices. The roof top bar and pool are the best thing about this place. Our room lights were all messed up. Bedside light would not come on, but when it did it went in and out constantly. One outlet in the bathroom wouldn’t work. I have stayed in much better 4/5 star hotels for less. First time at a 4 seasons and will be the last. Very disappointed we dropped over 4 grand for two rooms for two nights for this mediocre experience.

  Do not come here for the pool. There’s zero sun. The built the pool in shade. Then they sell passes on resort pass to charge people to spend time in a cold and shaded pool.
