Four Seasons Nashville is our favorite staycation! We love spending summer days by the pool enjoying the view. The spa is wonderful, especially for a couples massage. This winter, we attended the New Year’s Eve ball and had the best time. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The staff is truly wonderful and make every visit feel thoughtful, warm, and memorable.

Four Seasons where? More like two seasons... My wife and I are a lesbian couple who stayed here for one night this past weekend. We’re local, so thankfully it wasn’t a long stay. The lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is extremely basic and lacks any real “wow” factor you’d expect from a luxury brand. Check-in itself was quick, but we immediately noticed a concerning difference in service: other guests (white) were offered bottled water upon arrival, while we were not. I had to explicitly ask the front desk agent to provide water for my wife and me. That is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a hotel of this caliber. The room was clean and nicely appointed, but incredibly noisy due to its proximity to Broadway. We were told there was a city sound ordinance at midnight and that noise should stop then—which anyone familiar with Nashville knows is unrealistic. The bars were just getting started. We were offered earplugs, but no one books a luxury hotel expecting to sleep with earplugs in their ears. We ordered both breakfast and lunch via room service prior to checkout. While delivery was fast, the food quality was disappointing, especially given the price point. My wife ordered the salmon for lunch, and it was the smallest portion she’s ever been served—completely unjustifiable for what they charge. Checkout and valet service were equally frustrating. We requested our car about 10 minutes before leaving the room. When we arrived downstairs, the car wasn’t ready. After waiting another 10 minutes, there was still no update. My wife went to the valet desk, where we were told our request never showed up in their system due to ongoing technical issues. That meant waiting yet another 10 minutes for the car to be brought around, followed by an additional delay just trying to pull out because the valet area was so poorly designed and backed up. Whoever approved the design of the hotel’s front entrance and lobby should seriously reconsider the concept. It’s inefficient, uninspiring, and creates unnecessary congestion. I truly hope more thought—and money—went into the residences than the hotel itself, because this experience was nowhere near what one expects from a Four Seasons property.

Remember back when luxury hotels were truly luxurious not just in finishes but also SERVICE! Yes, it’s unusual in the US but you can rekindle those memories at the Four Seasons in Nashville. Everyone here was spectacular to us with their service and constant recognition and gratitude of our stay, and our room was outstanding as well in upkeep and decor. There were a few small overlooked items by housekeeping but a quick phone call or chat with the staff on the app and all our concerns were resolved. Special thanks to Kayla at Mimo for taking great care of us!

We had the pleasure of working with Hovig Boyajian, the front office manager for the Nashville location. I can’t say enough about the level of service we got from him, and everyone else involved. We called to make a reservation after deciding we needed to stop on our road trip. We told them we were traveling with 4 young children and asked if they would be able to accommodate us. Please see the photos below. The staff here turned a hotel room into a home away from home. Our kids immediately ran to the tent and jumped inside. My wife was thrilled to not only see a crib already in our room, but it was filled with a brand new diaper genie, soaps, and even a one-sie outfit for the baby. The room was new and modern. The bathroom was the cleanest, nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen for a hotel. This is one of the few times in my life where it felt the quality I received was worth the premium I paid. Highly recommend this location, and will be a repeat customer. Thanks again to the staff, and especially Hovig Boyajian who made this all possible.

I would like to provide some professional feedback regarding guest drop-offs at the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. As an Uber Black driver, I visit the property frequently and have always appreciated the professionalism and promptness of the staff who greet arriving guests. However, I would like to respectfully bring attention to an ongoing concern. On several occasions, staff members have slid guest luggage across the exterior of the vehicle rather than lifting it properly. While I understand the intention is to assist guests quickly, this practice poses a significant risk of scratching or damaging luxury vehicles many of which are maintained at a high standard by professional drivers. To ensure the best experience for both drivers and guests, I kindly recommend that staff either: • Lift and handle luggage with greater care, or • Allow the driver to retrieve the luggage directly when appropriate. This adjustment would greatly reduce the risk of vehicle damage and support the high level of service that the Four Seasons brand is known for. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and for the continued courtesy extended to guests and drivers alike
