Had another fantastic stay at the Embassy Suites in downtown Nashville. The hotel is very nice overall, and the location is hard to beat—super close to everything downtown, which makes getting around effortless.
But the real highlight (and the reason I keep coming back) is breakfast—specifically the made-to-order omelets. Christy and Michelle were absolutely incredible. They weren’t just making omelets; they were genuinely welcoming, warm, and attentive, and they added that personal touch that turns a “good hotel stay” into a memorable one. They truly made my mornings and made the whole trip feel extra special.
This was my third time staying here, and I returned because of how welcome they made me feel in the past—and they exceeded expectations again. Huge thanks to Christy and Michelle for everything. If you’re staying here, don’t miss breakfast! I’ll definitely be back.

Here for the stay, but what they don't tell your stay will be spent trapped in their death elevators that drop a floor and trap you for over and hour while you wait to be rescued. Happend to multiple people multiple times over a weekend stay. The front desk staff is horrendously rude, untrained and clearly don't care about any of the guest or even the basic concepts of hospitality. Do your friends and family a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

Super helpful staff, clean updated rooms, nice little happy hour, good breakfast, and great vibes. I stayed here a week for a conference. The staff was very helpful with package delivery issues I had and were really accommodating with our reservation changes. Would definitely recommend staying here if your attending a conference at the music city center.

I stayed at this location for a work conference and I was extremely pleased with with my entire stay. The location is fantastic and the service was great. It was by far the best breakfast buffet I have experienced in all my travels. The room was great size and very clean. I have no complaints. I even ended up sick one afternoon and the staff went above and beyond to help me. A special shout out to Sarah who was exceptional.

Reserved a hotel room through Booking.com. Needed to make some changes to our reservation. Contacted Booking but never heard back. Called hotel several times and was told by various employees that they couldn't access the Booking reservation and was told to contact Booking. Tried Booking again only to play run around with their AI bot. Called hotel Feb 22nd at around 2:45pm ET and spoke with Danny. He accessed our reservation and made all of our changes right there. Danny was professional and the most help of anyone (or AI) through this entire process. Thanks Danny.
