Very nice and conveniently located to all Broadway attractions/nightlife/shopping and Gulch attractions/shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities and services good. Breakfast buffet well appointed and staffed, restaurant/coffee bar convenient and good. Views from The Overlook are fantastic, especially sunrise/set. The only complaint, as such, would be the long elevator wait during check-in/out times--if you have plans around 11AM or 3PM, be sure to allow up to 15-20 minutes if you're on an upper floor and dont want to take the stairs.

I really liked the rooms and free breakfast. And even the white lady with the cute peach Christmas nails (forgot to get her name) but that girl Kristen with the locs was HORRIBLE. Every time I asked for something it was met with attitude and she blatantly ignored me several times. She really needs to work on her customer service. Next time I’m staying across the street at Hotel Fraye if I even see her at the front desk. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Well it started out rough for my wife and I as it took approx 20-30 mins to even get our car into the hotel parking area due to some issue with valet (I think that's called foreshadowing) and then paid a very hefty $67 for overnight parking. Check in was easy enough and then we went up to Room 522 which looked AMAZING at first. Then discovered stains on the comforter and general meh level cleaning which I didn't point out to my wife because she would have asked to switch rooms and I didnt want any drama this weekend. If you ever get Room 522 please don't stand too close to the support beam in the corner of the room as it sinks in a little and is "squishy" enough that I def avoided going over there. Fun night on Broadway and back to the room, bed was nice enough and shower was hot In the morning we go down for breakfast. After seeing numerous omelettes being prepared and looking delicious, I ordered the special of the day "Southwest Omelette" and the lady opens the lid of a container and pulled out an omelette that had been resting inside for Lord knows how long then LITERALLY touched it with the back of her hand and nodded like "yeah, that's still ok" and handed it to me after sprinkling cold shredded cheese on my luke warm omelette. I stood there in disbelief as I had witnessed this lady prepare dozens of fresh ones. The guy behind me says "I'll take the special" and then she proceeds to make him a FRESH omelette.....I took one bite to confirm mine was old and threw it away. Again, didnt want to have any drama. After packing, we head downstairs to get our car for our 3.5 hour drive home to Atlanta to watch our 4 kids sing at our church's Christmas Production. I show my # to the valet attendant at the stand at approx 830 (I know because we then walked back inside to get some coffee because it was freezing cold and my receipt says 8:33) and then sat down to wait. We talked about our trip, life, etc and all of a sudden realized that it was now 9a and we had seen dozens and dozens of cars leaving. I went outside and asked the lady on the podium and when she investigated I could tell by her reaction that she had made a mistake and they forgot about us. Again, I didnt want any drama and was assured they would grab it now. Go back inside and wait......10 more mins go by.....so I go ask the manager of the valet service (Jeff) and his response was "It'll be here bro".......10 more minutes and I ask the hotel receptionist about it and they shrug because it is a separate company that handles valet. Finally at 925a my car pulls up and we load up our stuff. As Jeff puts our key in the front seat my wife says "An hour to get our car is bananas" and Jeff just ignores her completely. I had an hour less wiggle room to get back in time for the performance so I just took a deep breath and said "Drama free weekend" to myself. If you've ever seen that Oceans Movie where they harass the 5 Diamonds critic so he'll give a bad review, that's what I felt like with this hotel. Listen to me, there are soooooo many options in Nashville.......use any of those before you stay here.
