Location was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for us with a trailer we were towing. Valet was awesome. We love Embassy suites. The rooms are consistent in quality. The only negative we could say is that usually the breakfast at Embassy suites is really good and this one was below par. It is the only reason for the four stars otherwise it would’ve been five stars.

We stopped here to spend the night in the way back home, Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
First, the staff were not friendly. They were mostly on their phones and didn’t seem attentive either in the evening or the morning.
The room itself was clean, but it had a noticeable smell from the moment we entered, which was very disappointing, the small refrigerator in the room made noises all night long. Since we were leaving early in the morning, I didn’t want to report it and maybe switch rooms, as the time was late and i just wanted the morning to come and leave.
Breakfast had limited options compared to other Embassy Suites.
Finally, this location charges for parking, which was unexpected.
I do not recommend this location.

We originally chose this hotel for its close proximity to Vanderbilt hospital, since we’ve had to have multiple surgeries there since October. We knew eventually in December we’d have to stay close to the hospital for about 3 weeks for the last huge surgery, so we tried two other hotels to see which would be best to stay in for so long. As soon as we met Lu at the front desk here, we booked our 3 week stay. She was SO incredibly kind and helpful, went above and beyond getting to know us, and tried her best to personally accommodate anything we needed. When we checked in, fearful and nervous for the big surgery ahead, she remembered us from our last stay and was in such a good mood welcoming us that we forgot about our anxiety for a bit. When I realized we couldn’t sleep laying down after surgery, she went around the hotel at 11 pm and found every pillow possible and brought them to our room to try to prop us up. She is just a kind, bright person who became a defining part of our trips here and is the reason we will always book here from now on. I hope her bosses see this, she’s bringing you business!
The rest of the staff is wonderful too. Valet literally runs up the stairs of the garage every time to get our truck, they’re skilled and have never damaged our big truck in the smallest parking garage. The garage is really small, but it’s only $5 more to valet than to self park so definitely worth it. The rooms are clean and spacious. The views are great (try picking your own room on the Hilton Honors app!!) and the location is within walking distance of Hattie B’s and many other restaurants, with Vanderbilt under a mile away too. For this price point, location, and Lu, we’ll definitely be back :)

Needs a refresh which, I think is planned for 2026. Good location and rooms were big. But, the mattress needs replacing.

Suggest valet parking as garage is across the street. Nice breakfast. Very spacious nice rooms. Tvs in different rooms. Happy hour.
