Paying for location, hotel is not worth $450+ per night. Look elsewhere. This place is not a dream.

Very small room and the room was so dusty. Items left in the bathroom from previous people. Also noisy at night. Over priced! Perks... location. We wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

Staff is super friendly and it is one of the new hotels in Nashville , location is great close to broadway and all good staff .
Here is disadvantages :
Rooms are small , period .
Noise from club downstairs across street until 2 am, it is ok if you are parting on Broadway late .
Design is very modern but very dark colors ( may be my it is my taste )
Valet parking is one of most expensive 45$ per night , not sure why . Other properties no more than 35$ or self park.
Overall it is great place to stay , but I think for the price it should be better .
