Here is disadvantages : Rooms are small , period . Noise from club downstairs across street until 2 am, it is ok if you are parting on Broadway late . Design is very modern but very dark colors ( may be my it is my taste ) Valet parking is one of most expensive 45$ per night , not sure why . Other properties no more than 35$ or self park. Overall it is great place to stay , but I think for the price it should be better .
